Bob Evans reviews
32Consistent, simple American comfort food, consistent across the chain. Always friendly service, nice baked goods.
Surprisingly quiet for a sunday late afternoon. Party of 4 with a small baby and the staff checked up on us regularly and was very patient with us. Would gladly go back for our awesome meal. Also air wasn't to cold considering it was blistering hot outside.
Thr first time i went here i had amazing service and great food, the times after the service was terrible and the food was undercooked. Hit or miss
The food was okay, the staff was friendly and it was a clean restaurant. The wait for food wasn't long but the waiter didn't come check our drinks very well and that was a wait
Took about 30 minutes to get our breakfast. Cold scrambled eggs, pancakes raw in the middle, burnt hash browns, a border omlet made only with egg whites. Couldn't eat it and the manager did not charge us. We had stopped going to the Bob Evans in Jackson because of dirty silverware and bad good too.
Slow service and did not appreciate the remarks when I ordered. Not up to the standards of the many other Bob Evans that we have visited. Last visit to this location.
The food tasted great and was prepare quickly. Though I thought it could have been hot rather than warm. Charlie was very attentive and fun to visit with as he hustled around.
Good food and friendly service. The food is nice and hot when you get it and the restaurant itself is clean.
Bob Evans food is excellent! The taste and temperature of the food is great. Waitress was pleasant but pretty distracted.
This is the only Bob Evans that I would advise people to dine in - I grew up eating here, and we loved it as a family. I've visited other locations, and I was shocked at the difference.
This is a great family restaurant.
I purchased a large salad 'to go' and when they brought it to the register I opened it and it was about 1/4 full. I asked the black girl at the register if this was all I got and she replied 'yeah' and that was that. I called the manager the next day and they did nothing. DON'T EAT HERE! Go to Wendy's or MacDonald's or go to Crocker Park, but NOT HERE.
The sitting was trouble. They had to us in a corner. You can tell the white waitress had a problem with different color people. The waitress we had did a nice job. The refill on drinks were not ask will the coffee person came around. She fill everyone cup up beside are
