I loved Westside Orthodontics! I used to not be very confident because of my teeth but now I am more confident than ever and I have never smiled more! Thank you to this awesome team!

Staff is amazing and the doctors are very personable. Only issue we had was some revisits due to bad brackets or wire coming loose. Very happy with the results!

I have to say I’ve had problems with this company since it was just Dr. Dimassa’s office a lot has changed but I’m still forced to contact them about the problems. I have had the worst experience with this office. Staff is friendly but it’s cover up they will eventually show you their true colors if your not satisfied they try to convince you that you’re the problem I have videos that shows their true colors I just came from the dentist today and they had No idea that I’ve ever had braces and was in utterly shock when I told them I wore my retainers for 8 yrs I actually never wanted to go without retainers but was forced to after treated so badly by Dimassa. Now I have completely relapsed and it’s very shocking to say I have a completely different case then before I’ve never had a gap and now have one so large I can slide anything through it. Literally. I was told by a family friend of dimassa that he tried to over charge me for retainer replacement. And not to mention I became a problem to him due to the fact that I contacted him the month after my braces where removed to tell him I’m experiencing movement while wearing my retainers consistently outside of eating and brushing I honestly never took them off had to even have whiteness statements that I received after he accused me of not wearing them properly I took photo constantly and made a journal to keep track. He became worse over time. It became 8yrs later and he only recommended wearing the retainers for 3 and he had a problem with me needing new ones but again my teeth had been moving since the first month even in the retainers. He kept putting bends in them and they would shift other teeth to odd places. I called over a year ago to receive treatment again and he denied me treatment. He bad named me throughout his office so that I wouldn’t receive any help from the other orthodontist. I literally didn’t attend public high school my teeth were so bad he learned about my situation just to let me down in the worst way. It’s nine years later mind you I wore my retainers for 8! And now I have to think of how shocked the dentist was to learn I’ve ever had braces at all.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Westside Orthodontics. The doctors are fabulous, kind and funny. The staff members are kind, professional and they are always prompt with appointment times. Today, my daughter got her braces off and they made it so special- balloons, all the foods she wasn’t supposed to eat in a little to go bag and tons of congrats to her from the staff members. Oh! And her teeth! They look amazing!

Very flexible and helpful when making appointments. All the staff are personable and supportive. They are open to questions and always willing to go the extra mile to make their patient (and parent) comfortable!

Such lovely people, always get us in and out quickly. They are very nice and take their time to make sure we understand everything about the treatment. With two offices, getting appointments is very easy. They are very accommodating and we've had a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at Westside Orthodontics. My son's teeth needed a lot of straightening and adjustments to his bite. All the staff were very accommodating and compassionate. They made sure my son was as comfortable as possible during the procedures. Dr. Wenger and Dr. Johnson really paid close attention to all of the adjustments. It's amazing how straight my son's teeth are now.

Dr. Reid Wenger is the BEST! He is wonderful with the kids and the staff is so kind! I can’t recommend this office highly enough!

Great group of people dedicated to making people smile. They offer so many appointment times, there is always something that will work. The staff is friendly and gentle with my kids. They encourage and reward good dental hygiene and taking care of your equipment which is so important for kids. So happy we went with DiMassa and Wenger for both our kid’s braces

Both of my sons have had braces by Dimasa and team. They are great. They know what they are doing. They work with insurance. The appointments are on time and as quick as can be depending on what needs to be done. They are great with kids! I highly recommend Braves by Dimasa and Wenger.

The staff places the braces. Please ask for certifications on the staff members. My second daughter went to Case Western and got better service for 1/2 of the price. Please do your research.

Everyone here, from the staff in the reception area to the doctors and assistants, are friendly, professional and good at what they do.

The office has a great atmosphere and the members of the team seem to really enjoy working there. It's always a pleasure to see everyone. It's just like visiting family, but without the drama.

I'm over a year into my braces treatment and have had a very positive experience thus far.
