Everyone at the Lakewood office was polite, professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything that was going on at every step. My daughter's braces came off today and her teeth look fantastic!
From the beginning to now, they have been very professional, courteous, caring, and understanding both in terms of finances and actual care. They truly want to help people feel good about themselves, and are willing to help to make it financially possible for my two sons and me. Superior customer service and excellent work. I received a call from Dr. Wenger checking up on me after they installed my braces. I was impressed.
I just want to let you know that it is Saturday and its 5: 00 PM. My phone just rang and it was Dr. DiMassa who called and asked how Mate was doing with his braces. He's doing real good but I have never had a doctor call me, especially on a Saturday at 5: 00 PM. He caught me by surprise but I have to say. That is excellent customer service. Keep up the good work and we are very happy and so is my son.
