Salad was very very over dressed. Almost as if it had been made 2 days ago. I was very disappointed.

This Brio was once a nice place to enjoy a meal. However, I was met with disappointment several times. I called and scheduled a reservation for October 15,2021. We arrived and I informed the hostess of the situation. The hostess appeared confused and then proceeded to tell me there was no such reservation. We decided to go ahead and wait for a table thinking that it was a fluke.

Rebecca was our server and I had asked a question about the selection red wines. As it turns out, Rebecca did not know the answer to my question and decided to ask for help from fellow employees. When she came back I was told, "I asked the manager for help and I was told that she did not have time. There are too many other big parties to deal with. " I was not happy with the manager's response.

We proceeded to give Rebecca our order. I ordered a glass of wine anyways despite the subpar answer. I did not get the glass of wine that I ordered, my food was cold and under-cooked. I not only blame Rebecca but I also blame the cooks and the poor service from management at this location. Our server kept using the words "I apologize" several, several, several times - she literally used those words about twenty times (I'm not joking).

McDonald's would have been 100% better. This location ruined my birthday dinner tonight. We will not return.

If there was a zero I would have chosen it. Food was tasteless, service was terrible, bar menu sucked, drink prices were airport level too high. Do not waste your money at this establishment.

The place is gorgeous but don't be fooled. The risotto was too spicy and not cooked properly, and the lamb chops were overcooked, tasted dry and just no flavor whatsoever. The only good quality was the bread and espresso, will not be back anytime soon.

Brio - definitely our GOTO place. We love where it is, how easy it is to get to, easy parking - but we go on off times, because that is where our schedule puts us. We like the happy hour!

We love the staff! Austin, the bartender is very friendly and makes a great martini! Chris was amazing - we didn't see him the other day. Conrad is super nice! Everyone is! Kim, the manager, is so observant and responsive - also, attentive! She definitely works long hours! We find her there all times of the day and evening!

The other day, there was a larger party that came in - also a bit in the off hours - she was so aware that they were there, that she immediately rearranged some staff to address the bigger party! It's like she has eyes in the back of her head! Happy hour is always good - the food is great, but the entrees are delicious! We have never found any of them to be salty - which is hard for some of the restaurants!

The bread is always hot and it helps melt the butter a bit - I love the butter and bread - just enough til our Margharita Flatbread shows up-so tasty! Then, that ends just in time for the entrees! The other day was Lasagne and a Shrimp dish! Then later int he week we had the porkchops and hubby had the Chicken Milanese-we kind of shared back and forth and took a bit home, too!

Delicious, attentive staff, nice environment - love the outdoor seating, too!

It's a great girls night out place - don't forget that!

Food was authentic and delicious. Our drinks were generous and made from scratch. We couldn't have asked for more.

Sad very sad, Brio used to be one of my favorites restaurants at the Green. Not anymore, bad food, and service.

We were seated in the corner of the restaurant away from everyone else and waited 15mins until anyone acknowledged that a waitress hadn't seen us yet. Our bread came out long before our waters. We drank all of our waters and they were never refilled. My appetizer came out with my meal. Our food was room temperature and it didn't taste very good. Paid too much for a fast food experience.
My real issue though was I left a bag of purchases hanging on my chair. I called and talked to the manager. They said they didn't see any bag. Was told she would talk to the other manager and call me back. I called back three hours later and she still hadn't talked to the other manager yet and said she would call me back. It's been days and they never called me back. I'm 100% certain I left it hanging on my chair. They apparently don't have security cameras bc it's an "old" restaurant even though the Greene wasn't built until 2006. I lost money from eating there. Thanks for not trying to help at all.

I'm a long time patron of this location. The overall quality has dropped off like a waterfall over the last two or three months. I just learned that there was a change of management at that same time. New management has driven this place into the ground. The management rests on the laurels of years of experience at Brio and Bravo. But this experience can only be described as a failing endeavor. The restaurant description on Google claims that Brio at the Greene is a premier Tuscan inspired restaurant. Please remove the word premier and replace it with merely "located at the Greene". Being centrally located is the only thing this place has going for it. The food was bland, the business processes were clunky (and a bit foolish), and the drinks were limited. I'm not going back there. Just not worth it. Not worth the 5 minute walk and not worth the over-priced food. If management changes, post it and I'll reconsider going back. Oh, and at prime time on Saturday night, the place was empty. Why? Because I'm not the only one who thinks this location has turned into a dump.

The wait staff was hard working and polite.

I was lured in by a $100 coupon I won from a charity auction and I let them know before I ordered that I have a coupon. When the check came they told me that the management has changed since this coupon was issued and they would not honor it. They said they've seen these a few times and they don't know what to do with it. The manager never came over himself and forced the waitress to be the middleman man to deliver these messages.
I got scammed by this business.

Went here before seeing a movie. Great choice for pasta. I enjoyed everything about this place.

Pros: Most of the food tasted great, restaurant was beautiful, seated right away
Cons: Expensive, waited a very long time for our food, one of us didn't get all of our entree and no explanation, waiter didn't check in with us, never got needed booster seat
Would pass on this restaurant next time

Such a beautiful restaurant, but the quality and service does not match. Dirty tables everywhere lack of help, kitchen help screwing around and making unnecessary noises. Our poor server was close to the only one doing anything and seemed stretched thin. I was told the chef did not know how to cook an egg over medium.

Music was way too loud. Couldn't hear the business conversation we were having near as well. Great place tho, great food.

Said it was a 30 minute wait for a table outside, and we could wait at the bar. They were out of 75% of the appetizers. 60 minutes go by, and they say our table is ready but they forgot to note that we requested outside. So it would be another 30 minutes for a table.
After seated and food ordered it took another hour and a half for the food to arrive.

My wife and I ate here last Sunday. When we walked in the atmosphere was great. It looks very Italian and well decorated, outstanding. Our service was also very good and quick. However we thought the food was very average. I was expecting better flavors given the prices. I doubt we will return.

Saturday, 8: 15, The Greene. The restaurant was hardly busy yet tables hadn't been bussed and we had to wait five minutes while the host found someone to clean a booth. (She ended up doing it herself.) We wanted the lobster bisque appetizer-they we out. We both ordered pasta. The meals arrived at 8: 55. The bowls were hot but the pasta, in both instances, was undercooked. I called for the manager who apologized and offered to remake the orders. By that time it was 9 p.m. And we weren't interested. I intended to pay for our cocktails but the entire service was (thoughtfully) comped. We'd chosen Brio because our previous experience-admittedly, some time back-was good. Never again.

5 of us ate there Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded and the restaurant is very pretty. However, all 5 of us were disappointed with the food. It is much to expensive to not include a salad with the entre. I ordered pasta brio for $19. The salad for $7was to much. The bread we were served, crusty rolls, were horrible. To cheap of an item to serve. My friend paid over 30 for 3 tiny, overcooked beef pieces and a scoop of mashed potato. My pasta was to tough.
