Brio Italian Grille, Dayton OH

This, by far, was the worst experience I have ever had at a Brio restaurant. The place only had a few customers inside as most were sitting outside. We ordered our food and waited for an hour. The waitress said there was a mixup in the back which caused the delay. After the delay, I would have thought the food would be served hot. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. My wife's salmon was completely raw in the center. The waitress did check on us periodically but seemed to avoid us when the mixup occured. I will more than likely not be dining there again.
