My experience was with Kevin from the service dept. He was the epitome of customer service. Informative, patient and professional. I hope he goes far in this organization.

I'd love to do business with Byer's Mazda Service, I've called over 10 times to schedule an appointment, and not one single time has anybody ever answered the phone. You get a recorded message, every single time. What Byer's Mazda must understand is that their customers are busy people too. They don't have time to play phone-tag and make multiple calls over and over again just to schedule factory service for their cars. I prefer Byer's because I bought another vehicle from one of their dealerships. Their service has been great and Byer's Mazda is closer for me. After calling repeatedly, I finally called a competitor who isn't as close. I've called them twice and they answer the phone (in the service department) both times.

I have had 3 vehicles serviced at Byers through the years and they do a good job just like they did today.

I'm currently leasing a CX-5 from Byers Mazda and bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. They consistently have me in and out quickly.

Rip off artists. Refused to replace a bad Mazda battery despite the date code being embossed into the plastic. Was actually accused of getting it from a junkyard! Amazing. Bought it two years ago from Mazda for almost $200. "Cliff" in the Mazda parts department needs to find a different line of work.

I bought my first new car there over a decade ago, and my wife got her first Mazda there a couple months back. The experience was great both times, though the facility is looking rather dated and cramped by 2018 standards. The people make that deficiency something I can look past, but Byers really could use a major facelift to an otherwise great location.

Set up a service appointment A week in advance for 1245 in the afternoon. When I got there for the appointment the service representative said they wouldn’t be able to get started for 20 minutes because everybody was at lunch. Who the hell let’s people schedule an appointment while everybody’s at lunch? What horrible service.

*UPDATE* I did call and leavet a message with the General Manager last week.no response.

I had a great experience here with John Bechtel. Zero pressure, very responsive, great to deal with over email and in person. Quote sheets and documentation are transparent, no ‘car dealer’ bs. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

PS: They can sell Subarus from next door as well.

We got lucky when we were introduced to Thomas at Byers Mazda. He made our experience so pleasant and fun. He was professional, patient, personable and incredibly genuine. He answered all of our questions and made the process enjoyable, which we didn’t think was possible. We would recommend that everyone see Thomas if they’re interested in a Mazda. He’s made us life long customers because of the way he treated us. We plan to lease a second car from him ASAP!

I came to Byers Mazda in search of a new Mazda3 to replace my lease that was coming to an end. This was my first car dealership experience on my own as a young adult, and I must say that all of the staff, ESPECIALLY John Bechtel, made this experience enjoyable, welcoming and fun. This group was patient, understanding and willing to answer any questions that I had. I had a wonderful experience at Byers Mazda and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new Mazda!

I got service done here and they we're rude just sechudling my appointment. Then the day of my appointment they didn't have the parts that were supposed to be there. Then they over priced me for the work they did to my car plus I believe the service team there is very unperfessional.

I have been a Byers customer since 2012 and I love everything about them. They are always very friendly, helpful and outgoing. My more recent experience was yesterday (8/8), my lease ended on my 2016 CX-5, and Atef came in on his day off to help me close the deal on my new 2018 CX-5. A very nice individual that a lot of folks at the dealership spoke of highly. I strongly recommend Byers Mazda, as they will take good care of you through the entire process including finance. Zach was great and answered any questions that I asked. A big thanks to Atef, Zach and the sales mgr for being so awesome and taking care of me. I will see Ken in service in Oct for my 1st service to my CX-5 and he always a pleasure to work with as he too has a CX-5, so we are always talking about our cars.

Sales team A+ The team said it wold take a week or more to get the car I wanted. Imagine my surprise when they called the next day saying a car would be delivered ahead of schedule. Sales also worked to clean the car and ready it for me. This type of support is great. The dedication of the team is amazing. Special shout out to my sales rep, Thomas! Thank you!

Atef was extremely knowledgeable, responsive in all manners of communication (email, text etc), no pressure and very friendly.like an old friend.not phony at all. Everything was well paced and not rushed and very comprehensive. We bought a Subaru Crosstrek with all the bells and whistles (and there were a lot) in a beautiful Light Grey Khaki (really a pretty blue grey with a hint of lilac) as my new OSU grad daughter's 1st new car.in a way that she qualified for herself thus building important credit. A totally great experience! Atef even came in on his day off and we kept the dealership open 45min past closing by the time we were done. Not a bad vibe in the place.from Atef to the business guy to the manager. I hate this overused expression.but awesome!

Bad experience. I finalized a Mazda and sent details for the down payment. But after few hours, I got a call from the salesman saying that the car is now being sold to manager's friend.

The young lady (Cierra) at the cashier/phone operator station was very loud and vulgar. If she wasn't behind the counter I would not have known that she worked for Byers, she was not in any type of uniform like the rest of the employees, she was dressed in a form fitting dress that was way too short (looked almost like she was only wearing a stripped tee shirt, hopefully she doesn't have the need to bend over and pick something up off the ground in front of anyone.) She was on her personal phone and acted as if my being there was disturbing her personal phone call (as she let out an exhausted sigh when I walked to the window to ask a question.) She is very rude. I will make the drive to another Mazda dealership to make any further purchases, including a car. Poor customer service and representation of a well known family dealership. It is truly sad that one apple can ruin it for the bunch.

I had been wanting a new SUV for a while, going back and forth between Mazda and Honda. I decided to go look at a CX-5 and I fell in love! Not only is it beautiful on the outside, but the interior is amazing as well. So many awesome features, and at the same cost as the base CRVs I was looking at over at Honda. In my opinion, there is no comparison. Mazda just seems like much more of a premium brand. As far as the sales team, they were awesome as well. I was working with Tony Ramirez, and he was extremely patient with me as I asked all of my questions, and at no point in this process did I feel pressured to buy.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. I see many lucky ones commented about great service from Don. If only Don was there perhaps I would have been a Happy customer too.

Never before have I had such a simple and easy experience buying a car. We bought a beautiful Toyota 4Runner TRD pro. They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will go back to them in a heartbeat
