29This company is awful. Exploiting young students with uncaring service and poor price. All they care is going around and giving you tickets for making money. OSU should know they need a new company.
They refuse to help students, website is confusing and parking permits are even more so. They charge an arm and a leg and it is still unclear where you can park. A lot of parking is completely inaccessible even with the ADA permit.
Campus parc is the absolute worst thing about osu.it’s like they don’t want you to be on campus
If I could give them negative stars I would. Customer service is so rude and not helpful whatsoever. If I could pay someone else to park I would but this company is a monopoly and so we’re all at the mercy of their horrible service. Horrible people.
Ridiculous prices. No ticket I would've gotten in Columbus would've cost $63. Money hungry mongers looking to steal more money from students than the school already does
I have a permit to park in the garage, but one day I was running late. For whatever reason my placard wasn't scanning, so I just printed a ticket and worked my 12 hr shift. When I tried to exit the garage the card reader prompted an error because I never swiped in. I called CampusParc. I explained the situation. They said they couldn't help. I explained, I already pay so much per month, and I'm a nurse that just worked a 12 hr shift in the middle of a pandemic- I just want to go home. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND MY ONLY CHOICE TO LEAVE THE GARAGE WAS TO PAY MY $20.25 TICKET. THE MANAGER EVEN SAID IF HE LET ME OUT OF THE GARAGE WITHOUT PAYING HE COULD BE FIRED.
NO STARS! So getting a refund takes 7 to 8 weeks.but getting a ticket is ASAP! WTH! I guess they are hoping I forget about what they owe me. Geesh!
Awful company. I would give them negative stars if I could. Their rates are exorbitant for not being able to GUARANTEE parking. Also, they park their company vehicles on the only parking levels that offer overnight parking in their garages. This takes up space from students and staff who have paid to have a parking space in that garage at all times. OSU should be ashamed of allowing this company to operate on their campus and take advantage of their students, staff, and visitors.
These people don’t even know their own law they work for lol ticketing me for no front plate? Lol that’s hilarious. As of July 1st it is no longer required. They must really hire anybody for this job.
They are simply horrible! I don’t even have the energy to explain it. Wish we had another option.
Atrocious company. OBSESSED with ticketing medical personnel during a global pandemic. Caring for COVID patients all day in the hospital, only to come back to tickets totaling 90 dollars. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed.

Only gave them a 1 because it wouldn't let me give them a 0. Their prices are outrageous even for students, they screw over anyone and everyone, and don't even give enough parking for people who spend over 400 bucks on a pass. They're the worst organization I've ever seen, and they can all go to hell
Absolute worst company that will rule over osu parking for another 40years. Their employees do only two things: sell permits and write tickets.
Place is a joke.stealing is stealing.they just find a way to do it in front of you and get away with it. I will never recommend OSU to any one.
If anyone gives 5-stars, it is definitely member of the administration. They screw people and charge like they are hungry. Whatever parking package or permit you buy, please take your time to learn about how it work. They don’t care and they always ready to give you ticket. They don’t even care if you make mistake, not familiar with the process, or it is your first offense. They always ready to screw you.
What a complete disappointment. Astronomical rates for a mere parking space hunting pass. Whats being done to increase parking capacity?
I wish I could give zero stars, Campus Parc is quite literally the worst company I have ever been in contact with. They suck, parking sucks, customer service sucks, prices suck. If I can tell you anything it would be to find ANY other way then to buy a campus parc parking pass. So many strings tied to their passes and their tickets? RIDICULOUS. Save yourself if you can.
They run all of the parking at OSU.it's very expensive but they have passes to fit many situations.
SCAM. I recommend to issue a charge back on your credit card if Campusparc screws you like they have many others. I would say to contact Geoff Chatas. However, it seems a couple years after he brokered this deal to screw over students, staff, and medical personnel he cashed out and went to Georgetown. Also, Sabrina the supervisor will tell you whatever lies she needs in order to get you off the phone. Just issue a charge back.
