Campus Parc reviews
29One star for CampusParc feels generous. This company is so unconcerned with the people they are serving and it is wrong. To go to their building you have to pay to park in their garage and they make it so you must go there to get a pass. Also they informed me prices for parking permits go up by 5.5% each yeah “just because the company has to make money”. What student can afford this? !
You are better off dealing with these kids in person. Then they can't play on their smartphone while you talk to them. I'm in there at least once a month and enjoy watching the girls answer the phones.they are hilariously uninterested and annoyed by the fact they have to work.
Unprofessional, disorganized and unfriendly. Employees are very rude and unhelpful and they make it impossible to get any permit or explain why/ why not you didn’t get a certain permit you waitlisted for. Absolutely awful company.
One of the most annoying and inconvenient things about OSU. Constantly changing policies in an effort to get more money out of people who already have student loans to pay off. Will not accept ticket appeals even in special circumstances. But if you go to OSU, CampusParc is unavoidable unfortunately.
If I could give negative stars. I would.
One of the worst companies I've had to deal with.
Literal bloodsucking leeches bankrupting one college student at a time. NEVER PARK ON CAMPUS. They don’t put up signs and expect you to know their vague and strange parking rules. Complete waste of money. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK. DO NOT BUY A STUDENT PARKING PASS.
I was cited $40 for parking in a visitor lot even though I had a visitor permit. I sent an appeal which was denied because “faculty, staff and student permits are not valid in visitor lots. ” They clearly did not read my appeal thoroughly because I explicitly stated that I HAVE A VISITOR PERMIT. I’d rather park off campus and walk 20 minutes every day than give another dime to this greedy company.
They make their online permit system so overly complicated. The employees of Campus Parc are both rude and unhelpful. The only desired permits are already on waitlists for an entire academic year into the future? How?
