Care Center reviews
27 Been a great experience.
My 8 year old Boston Terrier was having an eye problem and flu like symptoms.
The staff and doctors were great, very pleased. Will come again if need be
First time visiting with our new kittens, staff was friendly, and helpful. We appreciate all the help.
Our visit was not too pricey, due to our one kitten only having an eye scratch and infection. Dr. Lavine was very knowledgeable as well as her tech!
Would definitely recommend, and will go back in the future if we need to.
The staff was very friendly but my dog was misdiagnosed. He was diagnosed with food bloat and told I didn't need to do anything. He died 3 days later from liver failure. It wasn't his stomach that was enlarged. It was his liver. They did xrays so they should have been able to see that. My vet did.
Do not take your pet here. $500 for less than an hour there for them to say there's nothing they can do. No compassion at all from the staff. Horrible experience.
3.5 hours for a uti for a dog and still sitting here. Do not use this animal center. No updates given while you wait and try to sell you on unnecessary testing.
There is a $100 fee for the emergency services but it was worth it with how well the staff took care of my cat. Very compassionate and friendly staff, helped me apply for the care credit card and took good care of my fur baby.
A great emergency clinic but like going to the emergency room for humans unless your pet is literally dying when you go in you may have a long wait but this is one of the only 24 hour emergency vets in town. Just know where you are going and don't write bad reviews about the price and wait if you do not know what you are doing.
