All good, got 2x trade in offer, 0 salesman pressure, a no haggle price and best of all a very well maintained car shipped from the south. Living in the rust belt that's huge. Price may have seemed a little higher than a local lot but when you factor everything else in not really. Finance was way better than carvana. Would of been 5 stars if shipped faster 23 days was a bit long but can't control the weather. I highly recommend at least people checking out the process and inventory before going to Joe blow used cars up the street that will rip ya off.

Bought a 2015 Traverse. My issues? The brakes needed replacement. Their solution? Overfill the reservoir to prevent excessive pedal travel! Hairline cracks in the tires. I was told a tech took a steel pick and checked every crack to see if the belts were showing, on all 4 tires? !? ! And that's the only reason they would replace them? My mother and wife have bought cars there and didn't have issues. Guess luck ran out: (

Not very happy with carmax the gentleman me and my niece talk to was very nice but the other gentleman my niece talk to earlier before we drove over 50 miles lead her to believe that they was going to work with her and get her a reliable vehicle i could give you the names of both employees that work their but im not just say one hasn't work their very long he needs more training on how to sell cars.
