I been trying to get a car for sometime. I am not from Cleveland. I got the most respectful young man I have ever met in a long time. He went above and beyond his job to assist me. He answered all of my questions. Gave suggestions. Kept in constant contact with me. When I got to Cleveland. He stayed on the phone with me until the taxi pulled up to the door. Now that's service. I recommend you go there first. They are great people

Great location, it was a n impromptu run to CarMax to check the value of my car and see what options I had. I never New that you don’t have to buy a vehicle through them to trade in. It’s so hassle free and worry free. It took literally like 30mins for my offer.
I used the CarMax app and it’s the best, I could even get a car transferred to this location anywhere on the country, some free and some with little cost.
For a first visit it was a great impression for sure.

This was my first time at CarMax for shopping for a car. I got the best deal on a excellent car. Amandeep Singh in sales was a pro at this, very courteous and answered all my questions. He was so good members of my family decided they will come to CarMax and him for buying a car. My son commented “when I buy a car I’m coming here. “ Excellent Sales & Customer Serves experience.

I took my 6 month old pristine truck in for an appraisal
i was told since you have a snowplow
(my driveway only not commercial)
it only worth wholesale auction value
and we cant put them on our lot due to the abuse.ok.as i walk out on their and find a used f250 with cut holes in the front end.ya ok
carmax lot is just full of exrental and lease turn in cars im sure they haven’t been abused.

We did not buy anything from Carmax however it's our first stop in the car buying process because they will make a very reasonable offer to purchase a vehicle from you even if you don't buy one from them. Staff is friendly, never pushy, but due to what I assume is high turnover fairly unknowledgeable. It's the only reason I did not give them five stars. If you more or less know what you're looking for this is a great place to shop. They do not sell junk and as the largest car dealer in America have reputation to protect. These are not people who will sell you a frame damage car or one with no problems. The thoroughly inspect and repair all of their cars before they sell them and if you're just there to trade one in you'll get a fair price for seven days so you can think about it. I've sold one car to them and it was an extremely smooth pleasant transaction. I highly recommend checking out Carmax and when you're done… Head up the road to Marshall Goldmans and take a look at some real cars)
