Chick-fil-A, Strongsville OH

We visited from out of town for tournament and I purchased 2 drinks and a gift card.
There is an unmarked outer 2nd lane which was confusing to me and got my drinks wrong. Also I have never been to such a slow unorganized Chick-fil-a.

Not sure what was going on today. We stopped because there were only a few cars at the drive thru, but it took us 15 minutes to get our food. Very chaotic. They had plenty of workers, so I am not sure what happened.

I was very disappointed with the customer service here. I don’t believe they value their customers time. After paying I was told to pull to the front and wait 5 more minutes. I wait 20 more minutes only to walk inside and ask if it was done. Told the lady just went out to give it to me. Went back to my car to wait longer, had to go back inside for the sandwich. It’s ridiculous if I didn’t already pay I would’ve left.

Good food but overall small portions for the cost. Spent over $ 9 on lunch for a sandwich and drink?

The location in Strongsville just lacked the normal Chick-Fil-A service that the ones more in the south provide. I could just be picky since it wasn’t up to the standards of a Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta, but they just seemed confused-especially the ones at the register. Sudden register employee changes lead to the order being incorrect in the final result. I get that they usually do not mean it anyway and they could have been having a rough day; however, the “My pleasure”s seemed quite forced. Overall, the experience was rather unorthodox compared to the usual Chick-Fil-A service.

Very busy but the line was smooth & fast. Food good & staff was very friendly & polite.

They are located in a bad spot but if you can navigate their busy times using the app, that's the way to go!

Great food. Great service. All employees were wearing masks. Only gave 4 stars because I didn't see anyone wearing food service gloves. Line was small at drive through. Wait time for food was reasonable.

The past 3 trips here we always don’t get what we ordered. Always short on what we order and have to wait even longer to get right food. I have noticed this place going down hill. We never used to have issues but continue to have them.

Who doesn't love this restaurant! I especially love their chicken tenders. They come 2,3,4 in a box My husband loves their roll ups and salads. They also have great dipping sauces and awesome waffle fries!

Planning for this location is a disaster. Drive thru is a nightmare and inside amount if people could cause claustrophobia! Food is very good and service great.

I love chick fila.never go during the lunch rush. You may end up with chicken not throughly cooked as this happened to me. I'm just glad I noticed before I took that second bite. Waffle fries and cheese were a great choice the best I ever had

The only time the line is not wrapped around the building is Sunday. This location is top notch!

Food was great and quick service. I appreciate them having people outside taking orders to ensure a speedy service during peak times.

I got there at 10am and not knowing it was breakfast period ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Most other fast food joints would have said it isn't available until blah blah but not here. They said it will take about 15 mins to make it right now if I wanted to wait for it. Oh yes thank you! Another great experience at chick-fil-a.

We love chick-fil-a and since we moved to OH this was the first time going to one here. The person who took our order was super nice (as expected) and the food was delicious. I just wish there was one closer to us either in Medina or Brunswick.

Ordering online is great but takes a long time to get your order! We'll try it again though! Food was delicious!

I was not given my correct order I was 1 sandwich short and I did not know until I got home, very disappointed waited in a long line.

The staff was super friendly. The service was fast, and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. I had a wonderful experience, and would give this location more stars if it were possibles
