Chick-fil-A, Strongsville OH

Made me come in because they did not train the cashier to properly take certain orders in the drive thru when I order the same thing once a week and then tried to charge me for 2 10 pc instead of one 20 pc catering order because they are unfamiliar with it so they have wasted my time and were very inconsiderate about this. Never asked if I wanted sauce also.

I can't explain how delicious this is. The chicken, the fries, the sweet tea, the shakes. It's like heaven.

Terrible. I love Chick-fil-A.
But not this stop. I stopped at drive thru to get some waffle fries to snack on as I drive. Very disappointed, my waffle fries were cool & soggy not hot & crisp like they usually are. Very disappointed customer

We usually have great service.always enjoy the food.we switched things up and did curbside to go today. We parked two spots away from the designated curbside parking spot because it was taken when we arrived. We had to wait 20 minuets for our food to be brought out to us.by this point our fries were cold and our milkshake was watered down.very disappointed in the curbside service and would recommend using the drive thru instead!

Excellent staff and excellent food for great prices! We didn't realize they don't serve breakfast on holidays, but the food we did get was worth it. I was very happy they have fruit cups on their menu. The fruit (apples, mandarin oranges, strawberries, and blueberries) was crisp, clean, fresh, and delicious.

I highly recommend this establishment, and if we find ourselves in the area again, we will most definitely return.

Had the chicken biscuit for the first time! Loved it! And I really like how the workers always say, "My pleasure. " I wish there were more Chick-fil-A's around.

Great staff and food with friendly customer service. I don't get to this location very often, but when I do it's never disappointing. The foods is always brought to you in a timely manner after you order and it's also a nice temperature once your do get it.
Another great point is the cleanliness of the restaurant and it's restrooms.

Fast and friendly service. Bathrooms are clean along with dining room. The play area is a nice touch for the kids but remember to bring socks. If not you can buy a pair for $1. I do wish the location was better, it can get really hectic with the traffic during lunch hours, and I do wish the play area was a little bigger. But the prices and food are wonderful!

Had the grilled chicken with bacon and it was ok. I don't get the hype probably breaded chicken makes the drive thru worth the wait.

I'm here for lunch whenever I go to Costco, and the only complaint I have is the only thing that anyone could ever complain about- long lines and cramped parking! They really need a bigger lot, but it's understandable. The amazing food and excellent customer service make up for it. They get you through quickly despite the lines, but it still warrants only 4 stars.

Really? They don't need my review. The best chicken and most polite customer service. I'm glad they give their employees Sunday off too. More fast food places should follow this example. Bravo Chick Filet!
