Chick-fil-A, Columbus OH

Food Great but no spoon for the chicken Tortilla soup which was a bowl not fill as normally and no tortilla chips. I requested extra. I guess you have to open everything up before leaving drive thru.

I just moved into Town and a former friend of mine told me to come to this restaurant. It wasn't until an employer I believe the name was Kaylee or something along the lines of that. She was super nice and very enthusiastic. There wasn't a minute where she didn't make sure we had everything we needed. We thanked her for being so happy and caring, her customer services was amazing to. She was working 2 positions at the same time. And was rocking it, great job Chick-fil-a I will be coming back!

These fries be fire but I asked for extra chick fil a sauce and got home and there was none very disappointed cuz that’s how I eat them

I waited in a line that wrapped around the building twice. Then when I got to the window my drink order was wrong and instead of correcting it the girl at the window Felicity decided to argue with me about what I ordered. Then after waiting in line for 20 minutes I was asked to pull off to the side of the building to wait even longer for my food when I only ordered THREE ITEMS. This was the worst experience I've ever had with chic fil a and will not be returning to this location

Everything is good except how small the parking lot is. Its so difficult to get in and out without almost running into someone else

Everything great except the fries. They were just warm and I believe they had set out a while, so not so fresh or the quality I would expect from Chick-fil-A. Wonderful and pleasant service as always!

I got there just before lunch rush, line moved pretty good, wrapped around building twice when I left. A little disappointed in the skimpy size of the nuggets.

Saturday, 4 pm and I've been in line 20 minutes and have not been able to place an order. Worst service I've seen from this company. They are taking an extremely long time per car.

I usually recieve really good service here but today was an exception. My order was not ready, I had to pull up and wait. When my order was brought out it was incorrect with requested condiments missing. I then attempted to eat my soup and it looked old and unappealing. I am disappointed this time.

Top fast food experience. Always fresh, always orderly. The line can wrap around the building at times but it still goes fast due to the impressive service.

Chick fil-a is a great place to eat! For eat in or to go. They are friendly, helpful and kind! Great food!

I want to give Chick-fil-A a really bad review because of their history, but I just can't. The food is too good. Great chicken sandwiches, wraps, nuggets, etc. Fantastic waffle fries.

Also this location is well versed at handling long lines, is very fast, and the employees are friendly.

Great, per usual! What can I say accept that I'm a TRUE Chic-fil-a fan. Always fresh, fast, and delish! I only wish they'd bring back the chicken salad sandwich and lemon meringue pie!

Wish you had breakfast all day! Won't stop me from going anytime they are open! Chick-Fil-A app makes ordering so easy! Cash App give you an extra 10% when you boost it!

The line was wrapped around the building but it only took 12 minutes to get our food. 4 stars because they forgot a sandwich.

My boyfriend and I were traveling, wanted coffee and food and we skipped the lines by going inside to chick-Fil-a and Starbucks which are right next to each other. Wonderful staff, clean and FAST! Even the drive through moved fast from what I could see inside and outside.

Can accommodate plenty of kids and the sanitizer wipes have never been empty when I have gone there. Tables are clean and plenty near the play place. Restrooms have a changing station and kid friendly step stool.

I always go when this place is busy or maybe they are always busy. Courteous employees (I believe that is expected by corporate). No issues with products.

We have always loved the food here. I love that they have fresh flower on each table. This makes me feel valued as a customer more compared to other food chains. They do not serve beef. The spicy chicken burger is the best chicken burger I have tried EVER. They have soups and salad as well. The waffle potato fries are really great. Highly recommend.

I'm only really posting this review because I thought is was funny they have KFC as marked as Chick-fil-A.
