Chick-fil-A, Columbus OH

Everyone who I have come into to contact with here has always been very polite. I've never gone inside. I always do the drive through. Never had any issues with my order.

The most efficient restaurant ever! The way they move people and cars through the line is amazing. And everyone is always so nice.

A bunch of service members including myself stopped in to grab some lunch and they went above and beyond thanking us for our service and giving us cookies on the house. Was a nice little surprise.

This is by Mt. Caramel East, it's far from me but there is a new on in Easton that I go to both are good

The parking area was a bit scary. And not because of the Halloween season. I'm sure the amount of cars using the drive thru as well as traffic entering and exiting could be managed much better!

Always faster than expected and very good food! It's great when a fast food specializes in one kinda food. Its all chicken. Cause then they make it good.

The best chicken sandwich someone can get is right here. Their food is lovely. They have a variety of sauces.

I've been having a lot of issues lately with my orders. In the last year I've specified under 4 toy everytime for my kids meal, every time they give me the wrong toy or are out of the under 3 toys.

This location is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, asked the food is good.

It's always very busy and the parking lot is difficult to navigate so come here on off peak hours. The food is amazing.

Love it! They are always super busy at my location so I think accidentally they get the drink wrong but everything else is always good and taste right!

It's alright but the lines can be insane. I wish they would schedule more people since it clearly could use it. If you happen to get in when there isn't a very long line it's alright for a Chick-fil-a. I can't think of anything that makes this place special though and the lines/wait need to be addressed.

I mean what Chik-fil-a isnt great right. The drive through line can be kinda slow but if you walk in to order it will come out faster. Other than that the employees are great, really nice and such hard workers. They love to greet and talk to you. Really well put together Chik-fil-a.

Horrible. Slow to take order, then waited 30 minutes to get food. Workers plenty, falling over themselves, but no one working. Won't return!

What not to like about this place. Great food, best service (for a fast food) nice mobile app with rewards.
What else do ypu want!

If you enjoy waiting for 30-45 minutes, non responsive CSRs, and excuses this is the place for you. This place is run like a dumpster fire - highly advised you look into Raising Cane’s.

Great food but seriously need to up size the drive thru or something. Its really wrapped around the building twice in a corkscrew. Wow!

This Chik-fil-A, like almost every other, has fast service and nice people. Can't really think of anything negative so I'll give it 5 stars.

I think it's too expensive. The food tasted good but I could get a good chicken sandwich fries and a drink for allot less than 10 bucks!

First time I have been to a chick-fil-A very pleasant waitresses nice to have a conversation with very pleasant people! The food was also very good
