Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dayton OH

Service was efficient and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. Not too crowded (except for dodging the Uber/Grubhub drivers).

Had them cater a party for me and they forgot one of the meats. I tried to call when I started to unload the food, they didn’t answer for an hour. I bought a 25
person package and it only fed about 18. This was probably due to having a couple of food bowls being filled half way. Ran out of rice, pico, sour cream, and cheese. I’ve had catering done from other chipotle restaurants and they were great in the past! Not satisfied with this location and their catering.

I just got off the phone with the manager, Paul. And I explained to him that other businesses, particularly Piada next door benefit from their lack of efficiency, management, and service. The employees at Piada on Far Hills Say they always get an overflow of customers from chipotle because they are always out of items.

It was horrible#after you order your food&get to the end of the line you see they don't have lettuce. The employee acted like giving more rice was coming from his house&the chicken wasn't fully done. The soda was flat&the floors and drink area was sticky….

I was so displeased that we did not stay.

Staff members were coughing and laughing about it.

The place was quite unkempt and had an abandoned feel.

And I realize it's near UD but this is the only location that doesn't have dine in. Is it because of the covid outbreak at the school?

My friend and I were just very uncomfortable even though we had decided that we would just take it back to my house so we ended up going to a different location.

My entire $46.00 was messed up. My entire order was missing all the toppings, sooo dissappointed. I'm still awaiting for them to correct there mistake.

I only gave one star so I could tell you how horrible it was. I was the only one in line and the young lady was trying to rush making my food so fast that it was a mess. Just slow down making people food. Put a lil care into it. We do have to eat it.

The food was not hot and the fajitas were "overcooked" giving the rest of the meal a burnt taste. Customer Service was good and all COVID precautions were followed.

Wow! Very satisfied here. Order was quick and delicious! Employees were super cordial. What more can I ask for? Thanks you guys!

I love Chipotle and it's close to my work. They can be a little stingy with the chicken at this location but they have gotten better. Or I've just come to accept it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live near this Chipotle and choose to travel 15 minutes to the one on Far Hills instead of eating at this one. It doesnt matter if I dine in, carry out, or door dash from here, there is something wrong. The steak is always fatty and grisly, the staff is rarely friendly and the rice is undercooked, unseasoned, or both. The guacamole is never consistant and the restaurant is never clean. This is my first 1star review and it is well deserved.

No real complaints, food is good service can be difficult when they prepare online orders before the customers in the actual line but otherwise it's fine.

This chipotle is so slow. Not even a quarter of a full line takes 30 minutes. Double the wait time of any chipotle I have been to. Lunch? Here before the line get long, 30 minutes. 2-4pm slow time? No not here.

I normally don't do these reviews, but man this is the slowest chipotle I've been to. Especially for being on a college campus, one would think they'd be on their A game. Can't handle even a moderate rush.

Now I truly See why chipotle is going under, the mixed girl that made my food was rude as hell and gave me about 5 cubes of steak and hardly no lettuce at all, chips were stale and queso was old, all the employees looked miserable hot head is beating them by far quantity flavor etc safe to say I’ll be at double sticker Monday rather than here from now on.

As good as any other Chipotle but a fun crew and the UD vibe. A favorite for lunch from many in the area.

Friendly staff, quick service. I only give it four stars because the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, out of toilet paper, and had trash spilling over onto the floor. But as long as you don't go into the bathroom, the place is fantastic! Chipotle always has fresh, healthy food and I like how you can choose what goes onto your burrito or bowl or taco. I do wish it wasn't extra to add guacamole, but I always think it's worth it because guacamole is amazing.

I waited in line a good 25-30 minutes. Then it took them probably 7 minutes to make my bowl. Ugh!

Never ate at this location. The worst queso ever. Gritty a waste of $5+ then 2 bites into the bowl and the steak was gristle. The meat was spicy (which I typically like) but no other flavor. A waste of 16$

I RARELY give harsh reviews but this is the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Unimaginably slow, horrible food quality and food preparation work, dirty, smells like nasty mop water and a dumpster all the time. I believe the staff does the best they can, because this place is poorly managed and maintained. Awful. Awful. Awful.
