Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dayton OH

Very poorly managed! Always a very long wait, no matter what time of day you go! They need more people working. I’m a student here and I live close by so I go a lot because I love chipotle but this location is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to!

Walked out, they were out everything even chips. Lunch on a Thursday and noone was in charge.avoid this place.

Good food, college town so the line was long when I went in for lunch, and parking sucks. Other than that is just Chipotle.

Creepy stuff the worst restaurant ever and they weren’t working as a group.there were seven people working in the front and only one was working in the kitchen.how come the was so slow!

Worst place to eat. This place stinks like zoo. The floors are dirty and look like nobody clean the restaurat in years. The staff looks unprofessionals and I never wanted to go back to any of the chipotle restaurants. Because the second time I was at chipotle and both times I was not happy to eat at chipotle.

I love Chipotle, but this particular restaurant is a hot mess. Undercooked meat, disgusting floors, and the place gets real nasty after dark. The fact it requires an armed security guard should tell you something.

They have good food the staff is not wel trained they were standing around while i was waiting to order for 5 minutes granted the new food was being replaced but it wasn't busy the music is way too loud you have to scream your order

I've been to this chipotle multiple times. It's always hit or miss, but usually you should expect long lines and crappy service. It's typical for this chipotle to be out of basic items or take awhile to refill the stations. It's dirty and just over all the worst of any chipotle I've been to.

This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever visited. The floor and ladies room made me gag. When the line got a bit long, one of the staff literally screamed to the kitchen from the front for help. Chipotle’s should be embarrassed to have their name on the establishment!

Any of the good reviews on here have to be fake or the reviewers are delusional, no idea how it has more than even 2 stars. This Chipotle is atrocious, with the most unprofessional staff in a restaurant yet. Crappy staff of course makes for crappy food, service, and overall experience.

Chipotle needs to come in and fire everyone.

Dirty. Witnessed a girl wiping down the bar and the dirty water from the rag was dripping into the beans, which I then saw them serve to customers. Rude staff. Stale chips. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

It's decent food, but I think they could label their options a little better to make it easier to identify what costs more and try to get a better estimate of the combined calories for your meal.

The worst chipotle I've been to. Ive been here numerous times, and they've shredded every single burrito trying to wrap them. Just regular ones, nothing double or crazy. And then they double wrap their mess and go back to talking to each other and not paying attention to what they're doing

Waiting at this point to see for real how much longer than 20 mins we going to wait, unbelievable and in expectable! Why not just have the food ready for customers, so sad!
