Cleveland Eye Clinic

I had a wonderful experience there yesterday. My first time getting glasses. The woman who checked me in (I wish I could remember her name - I think it started with a B?) was very friendly and pleasant. The optometrist was kind and funny and so was the young man who was training with him. They were so patient with me as I picked out my frames and gave me their input. Excellent safety and social distancing measures were in place.
I didn't have to wait long and I'm looking forward to going back to pick up my new glasses!

Boyfriend went to get his chalazion removed the doctor cut him just to say it is nothing he can do and come back in may. Also sent him home with no pain meds even though he cut in is eyelid.

They screeen you out in the lobby before you an officially enter the building, if you need a face mask they provide you with one. The staff is awesome and wonderful, they are so very kind. I hate the location of the building. But hey what can be done about it? Anyway the 4 stars is for the fact that I had my eye exam about 3 to 4 weeks ago and have not yet received a phone call about my prescription eye glasses yet.

Customer service is great. My appointment went smoothly; from the time of my eye exam to me picking out my frames I was only in there for about a hour & half. Great service all the way around!

Had my second eye exam with Cleveland Eye Clinic in 2 years. Has always been a pleasure. Service is quick and professional and I order my glasses and contacts from them as well.

Went in for glass summer of 2020 had caresource insurance was shown only caresource approved glasses since been getting Bill's every month saying I owe. How

Waiting rooms were spaced out 6ft. Wait was short. Exam was quick. Eye wear selection was as well. I was in and out

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience from the time we entered the building the staff are so friendly and warm and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I will reccomend anyone to come here for their eye care needs. Thank you guys so nuch

It was a great time and I was very proud of the way you handled everything I did not have a problem with anything it was all smooth and productive and professional.

Professional and thorough. Quaint with hospitality. All inclusive with eyeglass store right on site. Exam rooms and offices are well-equipped with latest advancements. Doctors are kind and knowledgeable.

Everyone was super awesome! I just dont like the location of the clinic but I still see myself coming in to this location. They also had a great selection of glasses for caresource and this is the first time that I can actually say I cant wait til I get my glasses!

The lady's at the front desk are so friendly and so helpful the eye doctors assistants are very helpful very nice. The doctors. This eye clinic is the best in the world. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated like i was the most important person there. The ladies up front have such a great sibsi of humor, along with hreay personalities. My only wish is that I could come back every week to splash some sunshine on my face.

My visit to the Cleveland eye clinic was a very positive experience, the staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed with with their experience and level of professionalism. I feel comfortable going to my next appointment

Front desk staff never gave me an option of times to be seen just two days. Never once asked do I have a preference to be seen at an location, but once I said can I have an appointment at 11: 30. The lady beside the lady who was assisting me, says well now you can't get an appointment at that time it's our lunch time. Hmmm, first off I do not work at your establishment to know what time staff go to lunch. I was so thrown back, I told them I would call back and schedule. This type of conversation is so unprofessional. We have to think before speaking, that customers would not know operation and do not care about it. We would like to be serviced.

I had Intacs surgery 2 years ago and from day 1 every follow up exam has been incredible from the front desk to Dr. Augustine and everyone in between. I’m glad I was referred here for my eye troubles. Would recommend them to anyone with vision problems.

Super professional they helped me so quickly the wait process was very limited. They also have a coffee and coco machine with a variety of flavors. They are just really nice there. Plus they tend to children also. A+ from me and I recommend to everyone
