I take my 5 yr old son to see Dr. Pierre and he is amazing. He did surgery on him 22 months ago and the results were noticable from day 1. My son loves going to the eye Dr! Its great no fighting. And the staff is also Amazing, they are all so sweet!
Dr. Are friendly as, knowledgeable of their fields, receptionist takes great care of you they offer coffee, tea and pastries The time spent is not long. The facility is clean and we'll kept, parking is free.
Dr. Pierre is always great with my daughter. We have been a patient of his for a few years now. Very thorough and attentive. We have seen him at the Beachwood and Cleveland locations and the supporting staff at each location is friendly and welcoming, which helps when you have a little person wearing glasses. The cookies and beverages goes a long way with little people also. The establishment is also very clean and wait friendly. My one complaint is sometimes the wait can be lengthy - but they have coloring available if needed to distract the kids in the Cleveland location and the Beachwood office has a host of interactive toys and games for kids.
