Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

Great location. Reasonably priced. Walk to great restaurants. Great workout facilities also if that's your thing.

We had such a lovely stay! Everything was so clean and pristine, and such a perfect location right in downtown (got to walk across the street and see fireworks on the 4th!). What really made the stay was that the entire staff were so helpful and kind. We were having a little trouble with our TV and called the front desk around 11PM. They sent someone to help right away (literally under five minutes) and Mohamed had us up and running in minutes (thank you Mohamed!). Definitely will be staying here again the next time we’re in Cleveland!

This hotel smells clean because it is clean I don't know about you but that's a super important factor when I travel. It's a beautiful hotel everyone was gracious and informative located in the perfect spot for multiple reasons you're going to Cleveland Clinic or to the Cleveland Browns football game this is the place to be the staff at is every Marriott was superb. If you aren't taking advantage of Marriott bonvoy and being loyal to the Marriott brand wake up

New lobby renovations include a member lounge - long overdue, although breakfasts aren't what they were in the main restaurant. Clean rooms with good amenities, none bordering elevators and generally quiet hallways. Looking forward to the room renovations catching up with the lobby (22nd floor on 12/30/18 had not been updated)

Had an great experience at a my nieces wedding over the weekend. The venue was absolutely beautiful! The food was excellent! Appetizers before the wedding were scrumptious! Filet for dinner literally melted in your mouth! Very comfy beds and great service! Would highly recommend for a wedding or just a n overnight stay. We will return again!

I'm very impressed with the recent upgrades to this property. I stayed here a few years ago because of the hotel's convenient location, but now they have so much more going on than just centrality downtown. First is the beautiful lobby that's bustling with activity and attentive staff. Walking through the front doors I felt completely transported into a relaxing oasis. They've got a fabulous new Italian restaurant, club, barbershop, Starbucks, and more all on the first floor. The workout room and spa have also been completely remodeled although I didn't have time to use them. My husband and three other couples stayed here for an event and everyone was beyond satisfied with the services and amenities. The rooms all featured fantastic views of the lake and downtown and seem to have undergone some cosmetic updates. We upgraded to a suite that was so well appointed and comfortable we didn't want to leave. Everything was clean and crisp and totally exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

Nice hotel, great location, great parking prices. Walking distance to Cleveland stadium. Should offer complimentary coffee in the morning.

Our favorite place to stay downtown. I typically stay at Marriott brands in general. Though we got Married at what used to be "The club at Key center" on the 3rd or 4th floor at this hotel, so somewhat of a soft spot.

Comfortable rooms, nice bar. Meeting rooms are comfortable and accommodated us well. Vegetarian option was great.

Older property with all the attendant charms. Like most older venues, my too was very small and woefully lacking in electrical outlets. Friendly staff with a serviceable bar. Go outside of the hotel for food, though: much better options close by

Hotel was really nice but there was a lot of construction and it was difficult to get in/out of there. Stayed in a high floor corner room. View was nice but definitely not worth the upcharge. Walkway into the room was mad tight but room was nice and clean. Bathroom was okay, only issue was tub drainage. Well the lack of draining. The hotel has a lot more to offer (nice lobby/bar, market/cafe) so it was still an overall good night stay.

The Starbucks coffee tasted off. I assume they aren't held to as high of a standard as others. There was a music event happening and the added security was rude and acting strange (but we live in strange times so oh well) the actual hotel staff was very friendly

22nd floor corner room with a nice view of the harbor and Energy Field. Extremely soft mattress, no USB plates and limited power outlets on one side of the bed. The hotel is currently being renovated and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall good but could be great with more updates.

The hotel is very well maintained and the service is exceptional. They have recently made several renovations in the lobby area which are incredibly attractive including the front desk, lobby bar area, gift shop, and restaurant. The rooms are easily accessible, clean, and fully stocked with all necessary amenities.

We had a quick and easy check-in. We went up to our room and one of the lamps almost shocked me while turning it on. The hotel upgraded our room, including the other room we were there with, to the top floor with a beautiful view. Staff was very helpful.

Terrible! Stay somewhere else! You will probably never reach your room because parking is atrocious here and Valet will likely lose your car due to their sheer incompetence. Don’t worry, your not missing much inside the hotel either. Pathetic service.

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a convenient area where you can walk to many other things, or get the rapid station and take the bus easily. Not a whole of affordable parking
