32Very nice lobby, just redone. Rooms are nice, bar service was great and reasonably priced. Didn't get food while i was here.
Great location, perfect center of downtown. Conventionally located between Progressive Field/Quicken Loans Arena and Browns Stadium, and very close to E 4th st. Currently undergoing renovations rooms are nice and have great views. Valet parking is convenient and fast as well as being fairly reasonably priced.
Great location to sports stadiums and to other entertainment like science center, rock n roll hall of fame, and USS.
Rooms are nice. Pricey for parking. Description said pool but no pool. Very disappointed. What kind of a name brand hotel doesn't have a pool.
I was on the 24th floor. They had a reasonably priced room service, clean room, nice view. Beds were smaller but very comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on and the elevators were extremely hard to find. Overall great experience!
It's a beautiful hotel and we love all of the Marriott's, so we had a great experience once again. Great location as we were down here for the festival
4th floor king size bed. Wish y'all put more than one sheet in the room and a bigger trashcan. Also you need to be able to make the room colder the ac barely works. But besides that not bad.
The room was nice and clean. The service was excellent. We were in Cleveland celebrating my sister's birthday. The view from our room. Was beautiful. We had a view of the lake. And some of Cleveland's beautiful buildings. Awesome!
They are doing a remodel and only had one bank of elevators working which was a hassle but other than that the service in both the front desk and room were wonderful
The lobby and lounge are nice. The gym is one of the better gyms at a hotel. The rooms are older Marriott rooms. Great location next to the convention center and close to restaurants.
Contemporary and classy. Definitely an overlooked gem as far as downtown hotels go. This is probably the best thing to come out of the Key Center. Gosh knows Key Bank doesn't do anything well/right. Thankfully, the Marriott punches above its weight here and makes up for it. Excellent service, well-furnished impeccably cleaned rooms.
