Conkles Hollow State Nature Preserve reviews
30Ohh my goodness DO NOT miss out on George train here. You will not be disappointed! It is one of the best trails! It is stunning and so beautiful. Great for ALL ages young and old. I am so happy we stopped here. It has a concrete path and off trail that leads you into 3 waterfalls. Don't miss out on these places Conkle Hollow (George Trail), Cedar falls, Old Man's cave, & Ash Cave.
This is a very beautiful outside of Hocking Hills! I don’t believe it is in Hocking hills.bmmbmmbbbbmbmbmbmmmbmbmbmbmmdnsnsnsnsndnxnnxnxnxnxnxndndnxnxmcmcndjejejejdnnfbfnfnfn
You must come here! This and Old Man's Cave are two of the very best for Hocking Hills area because its extremely scenic. Justine sure to hike ALL the way to the very back where the water pool is. IT'S ONLY ABOUT A QUARTER MILE.handicap accessible and children friendly as there is a nice wide walking path (at least until you get to the back where the Rock Cliffs and formations are very very abundant).
Gorgeous. Easy, level hike through a luscious forest to a scenic waterfall and hollow. And on a 90 degree day, the forest remained cool and pleasant.
Take the upper ridge trail, it's beautiful pretty easy trail after you make it up the stairs and rocks.
I hadn't been to Conkel's Hollow the first time that I visited Hocking Hills and I thought that it was beautiful. Even though the trail at the nature preserve isn't really that extensive, it is definitely a "must-see" location. The cliffs here seem to be much higher than anywhere else in the area and the falls are really pretty. I can't wait to return next year.
This is a great place for a shorter but more challenging hike. Beautiful views of the Hills, and not far from Old Man's Cave. And it's not as well known, so it wasn't as people crazy!
If you like and easy hike with beautiful scenery, this is the place for it! Stunning views, and quite the adventure for some of the younger kids in our crew, but so much fun!
A very easy walk to view some great rock formations. The first 80% of the trail is flat and paved.
