James was fantastic at helping me work through my car problems. Great communication, and cheapest price around when compared to other local auto shops. Work was done super quick too, and definitely going to be my go to auto shop for any future work.

When I have to take my car to the shop for any issues, Conrad's is the first one that comes to mind.
That is because they are professional, reasonably priced, they explain things in layman's terms (for people like me), and they never push to sell or fix other things. If there are other issues with my car, they detail them and let me make a decision instead of pushing for it. Also very responsive.
It feels like a famy owned shop.
So thank you for doing a great job!

I like Conrad's honest prices for services. But, if you get an oil change with a tire rotation they will try to cheat you. I've caught them twice by marking one tire with a black magic marker.

My experience with Conrads was nothing short of amazing. They got the job done expeditiously and offered me a cheaper alternative to get my tire fixed.

I went there for tire work. The store leader acted like I was a nuisance and the price he told me in the store was more than was quoted to me over the phone. I was told to leave the tires and rims in their shop. It was a huge mess in there with tires new and old everywhere. This smelled of a disaster to me. I turned around and left, going elsewhere.

Even during these tough times Conrad's did a great job of repairing a tire I brought in. And in a timely fashion.

Went to Conrad tires to get a wheel alignment they stated to me that I needed rear tie rod linkage on both sides in the back and a upper control arm in the front passenger side in all the price was $1,100 including the wheel alignment I went to another reputable tire shop and they checked my vehicle and stated all I needed was a wheel alignment I'm just saying no front work no rear work

Conrad's is always there when I need them for tire repairs. Can't beat the quick and courteous service! The new video service where the mechanic texts you your car issue is great! Thanks again

Simply the best in the area. I used to visit a family friend for all things car maintenance so I was nervous when I moved away from him. This place has eased my mind and they always take care of my families car problems. Mr. Conrad has his ducks in a row and knows what it takes to run a quality business. I don't think I'll ever get TIRED of going to this place.

The oil change and tire rotation was a good price. I have used Conrad’s quite a few times before and I usually have had good luck. The process takes at least an hour. But there’s a Chick Fil A right next door. Everything was done as I expected it to be. I was completely satisfied.

Always went to Conrad's in North olmsted for all of our auto service needs but must of change management or something just spent 1400,00 dollars with them today and felt like I was a bother to them very disappointed also grease all over my driver's door and seat

Conrad's has been our go-to place for car care for years. They do a great job, i've never felt like I've been pressured to get service work that was unnecessary & i love the video they send showing the details of the service work.
I have 150k miles on my car & have used Conrad's since it was new.

Took extremely long. Had made an appointment to avoid this. Was informed that I will be charged for additional quarts of oil next time. Only reason I tried them was a coupon I received after buying a set of tires. Plenty of places to go that are the same price and quicker. My time is valuable. Four tires mounted and balanced were quicker at a different location than an oil change tire rotation here. Not acceptable.

When having two tires applied, it was written on the order form to rotate those tires to the front of the car which if I hadn’t been looking out into the service area would’ve been left on the rear of the car. It was also asked to do the tire pressure sending units reset for the correct tires which was not done. Wasn’t happy that service wasn’t performed.

Best Conrads hands down. They got me in right away and provided not only excellent service to my car but excellent customer service as well. They did so in such a timely manner I was surprised how fast they finished. Thank you guys for taking care of my car.

Got me in quick on a Friday after I had to jump my car which is why this review is as high as it is. The cost was high though. Car battery with cost of $109 became $226 with labor and taxes. Never paid that much even at dealership.

Took both of our vehicles into Conrad’s @ Brookpark/Great Northern Blvd for an oil change & tire rotation. Work done was acceptable. The next morning when I backed the vehicles out of our garage I noticed two 3” dia oil slicks on my garage floor directly beneath the oil drain locations. Cleaned them up as best as I could but the floor now has 2 semi permanent spots that are an eyesore. Hence, the average rating in stead of excellent.

Frank and Bryan are the best. They keep me informed of things coming up that need attention. I trust them. Today got great tires. I'LL BE BACK.

I have used Conrads for years and the staff is great, personable and friendly. I recommend them to everyone. They get me in quickly and out just as quick. I cannot speak highly enough. I have never had an issue. I am a single woman and they never try to take advantage of me. I appreciate them very much.
