Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care, North Olmsted OH

My daughter’s car had a flat tire and the tire was new and had been special ordered. We spoke with Brian at the front desk who always has a good attitude when speaking with customers. He called us later that day to say he had to order a new tire that the flat tire could not be repaired and the car would be ready for us early the next day and it was. He was concerned about the inconvenience but we assured him it wasn’t going to be an issue.

I sent my 19 year old up with his car to get a simple oil change today before heading back to college which I arranged on-line. Clearly per the Conrads sticker on the front windshield he was under mileage for this oil change and the tire rotation was NOT due until the next one.
When he came home he tells me he was told his tires needed rotated and also had to have an alignment. I know this was completely unnecessary as he had a front tie-rod replaced and alignment just last summer (less than 3,000 miles ago) which I also do not think was needed because I had just had brand new tires put on the car less than 6,000 miles ago along with an alignment before giving it to him.
It is completely ridicules to take advantage of young drivers like that who might have been life long customers had you not chosen to screw them before they knew any better. Not to mention the other 3 cars I own that have been coming to Conrads for service for many years now

The guys did a wonderful job in fixing my annoying tire that was constantly losing air. Inspected all my tires and made a great recommendation for replacement on the rear ones. Will definitely follow up with them and get 2 new tires ASAP. Will recommend to everyone this location in North Olmsted. Very friendly and professional, definitely not pushy at all. Good job fellas.
