Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care, Willoughby OH

Zero stars, had to give one to post. Went to Willoughby location for my free tire rotation and a four wheel alignment. The rotation was free due to me purchasing the tires at this location. Two hours and $98.00 later with an appointment, my car is still pulling to the right and my tires were not even rotated. I know this due to one of my wheels having a gouge on the front and this wheel is still in the same spot. Got attitude from manager when I pointed out wheels weren't aligned and he suggested something else is wrong with my car. After waiting another half hour and several other cars being placed in front of me I had to leave due to work.

Update, after calling the corporate office and leaving a message I was contacted by a customer representative. They had me drop my car back off and they admitted they "overlooked the tire rotation". They took care of the tire rotation and the wheel alignment which the worker at the location said was done right the first time was now actually done correctly the second time. They also completely refunded me for the work. I have to say I was surprised by this. Good job on Conrad's part for taking care of the work properly the second time around and refunding the total bill. I changed my review from zero stars to four stars for their effort.
