Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
25Nice store, but my order of corn bread were badly burnt my food was dry.so disappointed since am from out of town.rate your food maybe a 5.not freshly made at all.but like it says crackers barrel.sorry poor service.
A great place for a quick and delicious breakfast. The food is simple but well prepared. The staff is friendly and followed the social distancing policies while serving and cleaning between customers.
S great place to stop wherever you're traveling. There is consistent good level of service at all the locations I've been to.
Brought back memory's today this place will never get old food is always great and fresh and the staff always has great hospitality?
Haven't been too cracker barrel in awhile had a great time. Had there chicken and dumplings with mash potatoes and corn bread was delicious. Did a little shopping too they had alot of clearance stuff. Such cute things. Will definitely be back. And my server Josh did a great job. Made us feel very welcomed.
My wife has been begging me to eat Cracker Barrel for 21 years. Finally went today and one of the worst, I'd not the worst meals I've eaten. My wife and children were very dissatisfied. Maybe in another 21 years I'll try it again but very doubtful.
I love this restaurant. But it's always packed and hard to move around. Which confirms the food is great or folks wouldn't wait 30 minutes in that kind of situation. We need a couple more in Columbus so everyone doesn't have to go so far to eat at their favorite restaurant!
The food and service was pretty good. However, the syrup I was given for my French toast was expired. Next time check your dates before you serve it to customers.
Called at 10: 08a for call-ahead-seating for 8 at 11a. Got in at 10: 50, waited until 11: 30 to be told they don't know. Unacceptable. Granted it is the day after Christmas, the system should work better than that. If we weren't with my 80 year old grandparents, we would have waited.
Had a good breakfast with family. Would suggest that you have a Separate Cash Register for Merchandise purchases away from the main checkout when the restuarant is busy. I don't like waiting in line to pay my food bill while someone tries up the line waiting on PRICE CHECKS.
Great customer service. Took forever for my to go order which is why I cant give it a full 5 stars but really 3.5-4 is what it deserves but great customer service especially from the teen working her name was Mary Jane and she was great made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you very much great food.
Third time in a row the food was poor. The ham was barely room temperature, hash browns casserole was very plain and my ice water tasted like chlorine. However our server was great. Checked on us often.
I went to try the new fried Turkey dinner, the Turkey was delicious, very moist with a crunchy breading. Only thing that I have a comment on was there was no green bean casserole but wasn't sure if due to the time of day it wasn't served for lunch. Would definitely recommend.
I ran in late on a Saturday night, the food wasnt the greatest thing to write home about and the servers kept using the water pitcher they left upon dirty tables to refill the patrons. I also watched a servers hand end up inside the lip of the pitcher. My pancakes had a slightly burnt flavor and the biscuits were dry. Probably wont return.
Wonderful southern style food, but if you plan on ordering takeout review your order before leaving as this place is so busy they may forget small things like condiments and such. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
My husband's experience was great, he says. His food was hot when it arrived, and prepared the way he liked. My meal was just ok. My fish was not hot, like it had just come from the frying pan, and my sides were cold. Maybe, because it was close to closing time, could have been the issue. I frequent Cracker Barrell often, and this was the first time ever, that I didn't really enjoy my meal.
Worst service ever. We waited over an hour and it wasn't busy. Typical story- someone quit and they only had two cooks. Apologizing is fine, but $68 for pancakes is ridiculous. It will be awhile before we go back to this location.
Love going into the store and finding unique gift items at a great price. I was able to get an adorable chicken lamp for my mom for Christmas for only $20!
I love the old country store, so much to see it is beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. The people that work there are friendly. My food was cooked perfect.
Made Thanksgiving very easy. Placed my order on the app. At pick up I drove to the back and they loaded in my car. There are easy to follow heating directions on all the dishes. Thank you for this sevices.
Food was excellent. Server Danielle was great. Love her personality and her customer service skills was on point. Had the fried chicken with mac and cheess and coleslaw. Deliciousness
