Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Pickerington OH

The timing for takeout orders are wrong. Had to wait 30 additional minutes upon pickup. In addition, there was not any acknowledgement of my inconvenience from the staff. This is a big problem, I will no longer come to Cracker Barrel. On top of that my food is not hot! To wait 30+ minutes my order should have been piping hot! One of my sides were wrong.

First date dinner. The greens was overcooked, soft & soggy. The mac & cheese was flavorless. The corn was undercooked and crunchy, and the raspberry ice tea taste like diabetes in a glass! The only thing enjoyable was the cornbread and the deep fried catfish. My date had purchased a pair silver earrings while we waited 30 min to be seated, and those even broke the first day, Monday morning on my way to work! Smh

They are very good. But the last couple times I have been there I would go home and be sick all day long. Make sure that you have your food is cooked all the way.

Food was cold. Not tasty at all. Hash browns were over fried. Biscuits were terrible. It took too long to get our order. Very disappointed. Not traditional Cracker Barrel quality.

I ordered chicken livers dinner. I asked for them not to be over cooked and hard. They were so over cooked I could not get my fork in them. And I had 4 that might have been a complete liver the rest were 7 extremely small pieces. Sent back. Got 2 livers that were med size pieces and 5 pieces that was the size of my thumb nail. And hard as a rock. Horrible meal. My potatoes were cold and very little gravey. The only descent part of the meal was the apples and biscuit.
