Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Willoughby OH

Previously eat in only, disappointmented with carry out. Had eaten chicken when dining in, carry out was nowhere as good, seemed like pre cooked chicken was fried a second time, was dark not golden brown that I was use to. Will not do carry out again

Was not impressed with the food but impressed with the way they handled the very small pieces and the one piece of fish that had only skin and no content. The cod fish was one regular size piece of fish cut into 4 very very small pieces and served as four pieces of fish.too funny CB that's the best you can do when it comes to the cod? Was so upset when I saw these small pieces. It was awful. I probably won't be back no time soon. It was just awful awful awful.

Had Grandma's breakfast. Good portions, tasty, good service & pricing & detailed cleaning. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Delicious food, good portions, and great prices. Surely, will go again. Next time will spend more time in the store section.

How about taking care of the customers seated in your restaurant! Definitely not the same Cracker Barrell from last visit 2 years ago. This place has gone downhill! Very disappointing! Called corporate twice, never had my call returned!

I'm here with my wife, around 6 p.m. Tonight the one in Willoughby Hills. I ordered sirloin steak medium rare with baked potato oh, sorry no bake potatoes okay what else do you have okay okay I'll take sweet potato come back 5 minutes later we're out of sweet potatoes. I ordered one biscuit I want cornbread what comes with my meal two biscuits sorry cornbread still in the oven. Not my waitresses fault she was great.wont going back for a while

A good to get your favorite comfort foods. The chicken and dumplings are my favorite, with the baked apple dumplings for desert.

Cracker Barrel is consistent with decent food and good customer service. Not the healthiest food to eat but it tastes good.

Our waitresse Sarah was very very nice polite and attentive my buddy didn't really like his pot roast and she quickly got him something which was right up his alley. The turnip greens were the bomb I was surprisingly shocked and ordered a extra bowl. Overall I would definitely be going BACK.

My wife's let them cook for us on her off kitchen day. I never go wrong with taking her to the Crackle Barrel for breakfast dinner or lunch. The service has been great, We normally ask for Rasheena. Rasheena has a beautiful attitude, great awareness of the restaurant, tremendous personality and family style service. The restaurant's food is consistent tasteful and hot.

Very nice and clean on the inside but it was so bland the biscuits needed seasoning. SMH I ordered fried chicken liver which was tasty once extra heavy seasoning was added. I would go back with my seasoning bag.i love the atmosphere

Food was good. Mom loved her dinner. Meatloaf is the bomb. Catfish is really good, doesn't have that usual catfish taste. Server was really nice and professional. Highly recommended.

Good service, good food and a little shopping. They had the fireplace lit, along with the candles on each table for a cozy atmosphere. I love Cracker Barrel and come here often when I am in town

Ok. Food was mediocre. Asked for cheese for salad and was given about a tsp full. Asked for cheese and sour cream for baked potato and was charged an extra $1.29. Was not asked what we wanted on baked potato in the beginning. Waitress was nice but could have smiled. Was not offered dessert at the end of dinner. Will be quite a while IF we return. Spent about $84 there plus tip.

Pancakes, n bacon were great. Our waitress was fantastic. The grits were soupy n lumpy. An older gent came over to the table n played Happy Birthday on his harmonica to my daughter. Yes, there are still great people n this world and THEY EAT AT CRACKER BARREL.

The service was great, and fast! They made accommodations for my 1 year old, and also played and laughed with him.it felt like home. I'd definitely go back! #FavoriteBreakfastSpot

I normally like the food. But it was horrible. The greens smelled and tasted nasty. I didn't even eat all my food. Will not be dining here ever again. But our server was nice and kept our drinks full.

Nice selection of gifts, hostess, cashier very pleasant. My coffee was put on the table while I was looking at gifts after I told waitress to wait until I was back, food was roo temp, buiscuts were doughy, half cooked hash browns. Waistress Valentiina seemed to not enjoy her job, seemed short, irritated and moody no smile. My mom said the coffee was stale.

2's for the cooks, customer service is awesome. But this Used to be my favorite place to eat and I don't go very often but this last time I went I order farm raised catfish grilled it tasted terrible and like it was lake fish that hadn't been cleaned well. It just tasted nasty. Too much seasoning

I got the fried chicken salad. It was delicious! It also comes with two deviled egg halves that we're just yummy! They had good service and I got full on the entree so I didn't need to order desert. Good place to try if you're in Willoughby.
