Best take out for dinner we have had in awhile. Nothing was missing, great portion sizes, all on point

I don't know what happened to this location in recent years. Customer service is bad. If you use online ordering, make sure you don't rely on it to let them know you have arrived for curbside. Apparently, they aren't connected to the system. You will be waiting a long time. Food is still great.

The food coming out of the kitchen was horrible. It took 47 minutes from ordering to placement on the table. The manager was non apologetic and just said “ya I know it is slow” UNACCEPTABLE NOT GOING BACK

Pam and Mary very rude. I was trying to purchase some jewelry that was on sale they acted as if I was lying. The sign was clearly marked. I walked out with no jewelry or no food no good customer service.

Plain and simple it was horrible. Nothing on the menu seemed appetizing. The smell made me nauseous. I just would not recommend.

Food overcooked pancakes needed to be cut with a knife sausage hard as a rock and food was cold
No biscuits received toast instead never told they were out

We got seated sat there and no waitress came up to us not even to get a drink water. People were sitting after we sat and they were placing their order. After 15 minutes of sitting we decided to leave

I love your food! The hashbrown casserole is hands down my favorite! But please get gluten free flour some can eat your other food items!

Doug is the worst he told me that he put my name on the list which he did Not so my party had to wait an extra 15 minuets just to be seated

I was not pleased with the quality of my breakfast at all
The potato were dried out as though they were keep in sun outside
Biscuits were much better coffee was cold from my waiting for a refill staff shortage is blame
My waitresses mercedis did her best

Ordered two of the promotional "campfire" dishes; all of them OUT! Ordered carrots; OUT; next table ordered meatloaf; OUT! They ordered the hash brown casserole. OUT!
None of the customers were informed until AFTER the menu was perused and choices made. VERY SLOPPY PERFORMANCE!

Service was adequate at best, nothing to write home about.ala carte prices were horrendously expensive.

I'm 19 years old and to be honest I wasn't sure about heading to the ole cracker Barrell but it was genuinely pretty good!

Salads only for me and even then buyer beware to select the RIGHT salad or you will get a plate of lettuce, grill meat and cheese for 12.99!

Cracker Barrel (Twinsburg at least) can be hit or miss. On the right day, I might even give this 4 stars. Probably not, when I remember we stop considering them if it is after 6: 30pm, because they run out of everything we mildly want. Then like today we go there at 3: 45pm and order their half chicken special that they came back to say it would take over an hour. So we order two other specials. It looked nothing like the picture and portion was pitiful. So 2 stars today.

Family and friends decided to eat here for breakfast. Man it was a very nice treat and pleasure to eat here. When you first walk in you're greeted by a friendly welcome, and then seated in a timely manner. The server Joy was very nice and was patience getting our order that we changed several times.

All the food came out at the same time, everything was cook to everyones satisfaction just like we order it, which is always great. The establishment was very clean including the restrooms

Food has vastly improved. Excellent menu and food is served hot and delicious. Very impressed and will return.
