Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Twinsburg OH

The food was good, not hot but still warm. Took a long time (close to an hour) to arrive. Service could have been better. Had to ask for things multiple times to get it. The server never asked my 14 year old daughter if she wanted a drink then skipped her again ordering breakfast, very rude. I love the food here but think I will go to a different location in the future.

The food is delicious n tasty. The folks are very friendly n nice. I love this place so very much. I am enjoyed it alot with a smile on my face. I love to shop there.

This is a great restaurant for the whole family! Great food at a great price, and a magnificent gift shop with all sorts of gift items from rocking chairs to children's clothing. The wait time for seating even at a busy time of day is minimal (about 15min), and the wait time on your fresh made to order meal is even shorter. And last but not least, the staff and servers are very personable and friendly.

For $2.29, the waitress gave me hot brown water which she never asked to refill. Maybe she knew it was awful. Does that make it "okay"?

Great place great food. When they are busy it is difficult to talk and hear. But worth going to to shop and eat.

One of my top favorite family restaurants. Staff is friendly and service is at a good pace even when it's busy. Thursdays seem to be less busy. Bathrooms are nice. Once the floor was very sticky near the host counter. Plenty of parking to go around and it's location is easy to see coming off of highway.

Delicious food.very good quality products for sale, delicious candy, pop etc.from when I was a kid.still good.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich not knowing what was on it, but I love breakfast and breakfast sandwiches. I received the horrid plate from one of the servers (the servers there are very nice and polite, especially the young man by the name of Greg). So anyways, I got the sandwich, and all that was in between the 2 slices of bread, was 2 slices of tomato and 2 eggs. I know that I should have read what I was getting, but then again, who would ever even want bread with some flavorless tomatoes and undercooked eggs, even at home.

Very clean, the food is good. The waitstaff is sometimes off though, more times than not I've asked for items that they never brought glasses would go unfilled for a while. This isn't just on Sundays either with the huge church crowd this place gets, this is any given day. But sometimes I'll get an amazing server who is on point every time. It's a gamble but it's worth it because the downside isn't really too bad.

I have been to the Cracker Barrel in Twinsburg maybe about 4 times within the past 2 weeks. The food is good. Service sucks. All 4 times I have ordered takeout so I can't really speak for the in restaurant experience. Each and every time I have ordered takeout to go I have had to wait. I ordered my meal from their website and it gives an estimated time. I get off of work at 2pm and ordered around that time, so it's not like I have ordered during very busy times. When I get there I'm waiting an additional 10-15 minutes for my order. The women at the register have to call back more than once to let the people in the back know I'm there for a pickup. One day I ordered about 1: 30pm, I came about an hour later and my order wasn't even ready. This was not on a weekend day this was during the week. So like I said, the food is good. But if you order a to-go mean be prepared to wait beyond the estimated time that it's supposed to be ready. I'm not sure if all of the Cracker Barrel locations are like this or if it's just Twinsburg. Because of this I won't be going back.

The food was cooked well to my liking. Young amateur waitresses need experience (some not all). If I'm dropping a 30% tip you better get the orders right the first time! I Like Cracker Barrel Old Town store and family atmosphere.

Food was good, but took a long time to receive it! 30 minutes! It was between 5-6pm. Busy time.
