Best CB in the Columbus Metro Area! Delicious vittles and fabulous General Store items and staff!

Do not recommend anything with French fries. My wife had a batch that tasted like really bad fish. The waitress admitted they use the same frier as what they fry fish in.

Dietra was the best waitress I've had in a long time eating out, she was extremely friendly and attentive. Food was great. All around great place to eat.

Long wait time but seems to always be busy whenever you go so i guess that is a good thing. Good food and good service

I have to say that I used to LOVE Cracker Barrel. Lately they seem to have gone downhill. The quality of food is just not there anymore.

The entire staff is super pleasent. That being said, the bathrooms are less than clean. The ladies room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned for some time. The food was pretty bad with exception of my daughter's cheeseburger, which was actually tasty.

Excellent service fast and friendly. I ordered myself turkey dinner and it was perfect. Nothing was dry, perfect temperature, bread was baked well. Everything was 100% great job cracker barrel!

Our meal at Cracker Barrel was fantastic! Their meals are southern cooking at its best! I'm originally from Tennessee and I love their pinto beans and cornbread, collards, southern fried catfish and above all their sweet tea! I just can't get enough! I give them five stars, but that's my opinion!

Disappointed in the food. It was cold & lacking flavor.

This was the first time, I asked myself “Do they cook anything in the back or is everything just warmed up? ” I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.

As usual the food and service was excellent the store gets a little crowded when you're trying to walk around other than that it was good

A perpetual favorite for the road-weary traveler. The comfort food is hearty and filling and the antique wall hangings are always fun to see. Funneling foot traffic through the many and various retail offerings is smart. It is hard to leave without finding something that captures your fancy!

Service was good and the food was good. Biscuits could have been baked just a little longer. But we will be back. It was my first time at one

Service was good but the chicken we ordered looked like it had been under the heat lamp for awhile. For eye appeal that took away from presentation. It was stll tasty and edible.

Service and overall quality has been going down in general at all locations. Soup came out after our meal, which was lukewarm at best. Servers are always pleasant just not so attentive.

Misleading menu wording has you pay $10 for 2 eggs and sausage. Menu makes it look like you get 2 eggs and 3 types of meat. Server had to be reminded after 10 or so minutes to bring our drinks, green beans tasted like they had a cup of salt in them, mashed potato gravy tasted terrible and had a chunk of onion the size of a silver dollar in it. Do not go here.

We love Cracker Barrel. The food is awesome and I love shopping in their gift shop for things that are different then other stores! We had a fabulous server on Thursday, 11/28! He was friendly, very attentive, fast and efficient! Best service I've had in a long time! Wish I could remember his name!

Fantastic food and service.simply the best food around.full of flavor, always served hot. Not warm.vegetable special was Lima beans.incredible flavor.u can't go wrong

Not a bad place, very good server. These stores need a makeover, long overdue. Get better chairs and do away with the cabaret style seating. Change out the replica wall hangings. Keep it country however.

We enjoyed our visit with the family and since we used call ahead seating there was no wait. The food was good and hot. The waitress was excellent. The clerk charged a tip on the credit card even though I told her I had put the tip in cash on the table.
