Usually dependable, they were no where near on their game today. Service started off extremely slow… took almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the table after we were seated. Many others and our area had been seated, received their drinks and their orders had been placed.
One of the things we've always liked about the consistent food quality was also a high quality of service. You could get in, get a good meal, and get on the road. Not to day. Not at this location.
When it was mentioned at the cashiers stand, It was like ohh well it was a holiday and we were busy.
That is unacceptable. Not sure when I'll go back again.
