25Went to fill 2 scripts tonight. Was told an hour wait. Say there 45 min and thryg said it was finished. I get home and get into beds ready to take my meds and there's only one prescription.so I call them (24hr store) and they don't answer

Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes to even drop off your prescription. The staff is completely incompetent. A disgrace to humanity.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Nurse Practitioner called in my prescription from minuteclinic on W Market to them and didn't leave his medical ID or a call back number. After asking them to please call their store (W Market) so I could get the medicine I need (because they prescribed me the wrong one at first) I was told I'd be contacted once it was cleared and ready for pick up. They never called so once I contacted them I was told to wait and put on hold and she tried telling me I had already picked it up.then put me on hold again answered said it's being made you can get it in 30 minutes and just hung up. Never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude pharmacist.
I used to come in late at night while I was attending The University of Akron, and the staff was always very helpful! The security guards were also hilarious.
Pharmacy staff was super unprofessional arguing with each other rather than helping the line of people waiting to get their prescriptions
