Dave & Buster's, Westlake OH

My food had a funny chemical-like aftertaste that came along with it which I didn't appreciate, especially for the price. Not to mention slow and incorrect services. There was a lot of fun to be had with the games though.

The restaurant was closed at 3: 00 so we had to eat in the game room. The server wiped down the table and seats, but didn't dry them. The seats were so wet we had to dry them ourselves with napkins before we sat. Our burgers were slightly overcooked, but, other than that, everything was fine.

Food was sub par and over priced especially for what we were served. Chicken tenders were chewy not crispy and the celery and carrots were old dried out and hot. My steak was raw and I asked for medium rare. Husband wanted a well done burger and it came out pink still. Pop was soda water even after they said they changed it. And the shrimp dip was disgusting. Lol but besides the food. It was so crowded and im jst glad at the end I had a fun time playing games atleast.

Haven't been here in over a year and a half place is still good food was good menu was limited was the only bummer of the entire trip

Food service was kind of slow tonight. It was not crowded. They brought the wrong burger out to us.we ate anyway. Drinks were amazing. Games were super fun but they seemed kinda higher then Canton location. The staff was nice. The place was clean. And all had mask on and sanitizer and gloves out for the guest.

Decent Games it was like Chuck-E-Cheese for adults with alcohol. But some if the food was overseasoned like the truffle Fries way to much salt

Great games lots of fun very friendly people good food taking COVID precautions lots of great prizes to win. Great prices as well

Mask rules were a joke. No masks as long as people carried a beer around or were within 10 feet of food. Then they'd be coughing on their hands and touching the games.

The employees were at least pretty good about trying to wipe down games as people moved around.

If this was just about the game play I would've given them 5 stars because they have a great assortment of games. Since this also involves food, that causes the review to go down to 2 stars. I'm not sure why we received our food 20 minutes after the group we ordered with, and instead received it with the group that came in 30 minutes after us. I'm also not sure why our appetizer was brought out right before our entree. I don't know why the steamed broccoli was mushy. I also don't know why the mashed potatoes were luke warm. I'm also not sure why the server brought a box for my sons fries but took the whole plate with the fries and dumped it. When it was brought to her attention, she stated Oh there was like 2 or 3 fries there. In fact there was at least half his order of fries on the plate. The food and service was not a good experience. The game play was good.

I have never given a bad review before in my life. But on this occasion.celebrating my youngest son's birthday, I had the worst dining experience of my life. I won't get into details. I will spare the embarrassment

Food was ok. Service was ok. However there was a horrible smell coming off the menus. Overall, it looks like management gave up on this location.

Always a fun time. No reason to say it wasn't perfect. Have never eatin there but the games and drinks are always great and everything is up to date as far as games, and never anything out of order which makes it even better.

I can only rate it based on atmosphere and arcade, since I did not eat the food. So many games to choose from, old and new. The value is pretty fair also for the game card. The staff were pleasant and though busy, found time to check on our group. There are four locations to sit: front dining area by the bar, main dining area behind the bar, small billiards section across from the dining, and the main gaming room in the back. The tables in the back are first come, first serve and there are five tables for bigger groups; just know that it's pretty loud sitting in the back.

Food was good and the selection of games was great. A few of the games didn't seem to be working at 100% though, as I tried to play some Guitar Hero and one of the buttons on the guitar worked maybe 10% of the time, and on one of the motion simulator shooting games the second player reticle was stuck at the bottom of the screen the whole time.

The newer games were all great though and they've added a lot since I was last there a couple years ago.

Food wasnt good i went Monday Sept 10th my grand daughters bday prices was high as hell couldnt ever find my waitress got ripped off bill didnt match what was ordered i let it go but may not go back to this one

Went for a birthday party for my 11 year old granddaughter and it was so fun the food was absolutely delicious

It's overpriced but already knew that. However the food was absolutely terrible the fries were cold and the sliders were as dry as sand
. I would play there again but not go near the restaurant

Good eats and a fun place for both adults and children but please bring your wallet because the experience is great but prices for games are high

My husband, kids and I like going here, but you need to hope that you are there when few others are, too, or you have to wait for the games and deal with rude kids and adults. If you are going to eat here, prepare to pay a lot. And plan on spending a good amount of money to play games.
