Mediocre food and is basically a chucky cheese for adults.if you are in to that sort of thing. Still way too many kids running around for my liking. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Elite prices for subpar food. Cool games also overpriced with timers on them to force you off them regardless of skill. Spent over $100 for one adult and 2 kids for chicken strips and a sandwich. The rewards for ticket turn ins are at least decent, not the usual junk from chuck e. But good grief any decent game takes like 10 credits which means you may get to play 10 games for spending that much money.

Went to D&B they slightly messed up on keeping me and my family sitting there to dine in but as soon as the manager Alex heard he went above and beyond and made it up to us totally turned the day to such a great night was soooo polite and respectful to me and my family never met someone so sweet and kind I am 100% going back!

Food reminds me of chuck E cheese, but just like chuck E cheese, you don't go here for the food. Its all about the games. There are plenty of fun games to play after you choke down your steakums and microfried chicken fingers.

Really great place for fun, atmosphere and family. Food is a little pricey but gourmet menu and so delicious, so cannot complain. Will definitely return when were back in the Cleveland area! Staff is the friendliest you'll ever come by can't say enough about them.

It was a blast. The Jurassic VR was really cool. It wasn't very busy so we really didn't have any wait for a game. I definitely plan to come back soon. They were out of the Strawberry Watermelon margarita sadly.

Great place to take the kids for play while you have a drink. It's a little pricey but there's a huge infrastructure investment there.

The food looked appetizing based on the descriptions and images but was very average. The games were fun.

I come here almost every holiday to celebrate with my family. Theyre service is amazing and so is their food!

Eliza from the front bar area was amazing. She kept us entertained, while the Eric the assistant manager Eric was helping me with an issue I had with a roaming issue from a different store. In the end it the issue was resolved. I had thought I had more tickets than I had imagined.

Okay entertainment food service was long and unprofessional. I haven't been here in years and decided to check it out again. Just to see nothing has changed will not return.

A group of coworkers and I stopped out after an event for drinks and food. With ten of us sitting at the bar upfront and one other couple there I would have expected to receive better service. Two bartenders working the area, and we waited the entire time. There was no hustle or enthusiasm to try and help us. I repeatedly had to flag down the bartender who was sitting at a chair on the other end of the area.

My coworkers didn't have any issues with the food, but I was sick to my stomach about an hour after eating and felt miserable all night. Overall, I was very displeased with the experience and don't see myself going back other than to take my son to play games. The service and the price was certainly not worth it.

Lots of fun and like the new layout. Just remember to take lots of money. Also do not and I mean don't use the Card Charger in the back. It charges you but doesn't load your card. Just wait in line at the Front Desk. (I was over charged 2 different times. I forgot the second time. I had to go to the bank and contest the charges. I did eventually get my money back.

Fun times! Lots of new video games to play here. The good is good but calorie intensive.so be careful to not over do it. Money goes fast on games though. Seems to easy to spend credits vs actual money. Still, worth the money for the fun!

Always a fun time! I love all the games. Food and drinks are delicious! The games are a little more expensive than I like but the experience is worth it. Have been twice and definitely plan on going again

Always have a blast here with my son. Love that you can use tickets for free appetizers! We ate lunch, and there was a problem with credit card reader, They comped our meal!

Went today 8/5/18, wasn't great at all. Wasn't busy at all which we expected on a Sunday, we were told at the door to go to the host and they would sit us, stood there for 5 mins before we sat ourselves, then a waitress moved us to another table. Didn't like any of the food we ordered. Had to ask for refills when our cops were emptied. Didn't care at all for the waitress, she seemed all over the place and took too long Everytime we needed things. We didn't even bother staying to play any games.

Me my children and anybody else's friends children love this place but we end up spending too much money there and we can't go back for a while until we build up our bank accounts LOL
