DICK'S Sporting Goods, Polaris OH

Stocked very well. Salesperson answered my questions quickly and professionally. Checkout went smoothly.

Has almost every sporting goods you can think of. Pretty big store. Was there to only look at softball stuff and for my daughter to try out a few bats in the cage.

Great sporting store. Good service and staff. But please place the marker at the right place. It’s currently navigating towards the other side of the road. Attached the correct marker position.

No one was helpful, seen multiple employees just standing around talking to each other so I took my business to Field & Stream

This store seems smaller than the Easton one, sometimes it's hard to find specific gear for certain sports. Overall you can find what you need for the big sports.

Sometimes the assistance is lacking. Simple questions about stocked items shouldn't take manager to resolve.

I really liked this place but the wife was with me so I couldn't stay as long as I would have liked

What happened to being greeted when your walked in the shoe department. Now it's like you have to get these kids attention to make a purchase. Thanks to the girl that helped me out.

Great store, convenient location, access from both parking and mall, good collection available, not the biggest in Columbus.
Friendly staff clean and spacious inside.
I would recommend this location if you are already in Polaris.

I had the best experience here last week! I came in to buy one item and on my way out my stroller tire went flat. I was passing the bike section and asked if I could barrow a bike pump to put air in it. Not only did the men in the bike department help me fix my flat tire, but rotated and put air in all the other tires as well! Goes to show how amazing their customer service is. Will absolutely continue to give them my business. Thank you Josh and David at Polaris!

Waited 15 minutes as the first in line while there were 6 people at registers because they needed 2 people to check everyone out. The prices are ridiculous as is, but wasting your time waiting to pay those prices makes it that much worse. Won’t be back.

Not one person asked to help me so I left the items I planned to buy and went to Buckeye Corner, and was helped immediately and got everything I wanted and then some.

Prices are higher than they should be but lack of retail competition allows that. Service is excellent however

I was greeted within a few steps of entering the store, then again as I entered the shoe department. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great experience!

Dicks Sporting goods gives you quality equipment for all of your athletic needs in a reasonable price range. The staff here at the Polaris location are very friendly and do whatever they can to make sure to you don't walk out of the store unsatisfied!

I needed a pair of Basketball shoes; sales rep was attentive to my needs and let me try different shoes w/out complaining until I find the one.

Haven't been in since they started taking guns off the shelf. Likely will never go back, except to burn up a $50 gift card from last year.
