DICK'S Sporting Goods, Polaris OH

Great store, prices can be a little high on some things and I wish the salespeople had a little more knowledge of the items they're selling, because there's nothing worse than asking for something, being told they don't have it and then finding out they do, they just didn't know that they did.

I was going to drop 7 or 8 hundred dollars in golf clubs but no one even acknowledged me. A "I will be with you in a few" would have been good enough for me. That's a tip in customer service. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!

This is a general store, things weren't in stock. Staff was in zombie mode, more like order takers rather than actively being involved with potential customers.

Prefer the location at Easton. Better service at that store. Otherwise, it's clean and pretty well stocked.

Todd in the golf section is exceptional. Took 2 hours out of his day to help with golf fitting and just to talk about clubs, balls, tees, etc.this man knows his stuff

Great customer service. Had purchased bikes for my husband and myself, mine is amazing, my husband is very picky and went through several bikes before finding one that works. There was one bike that the store didn't have to allow a return for though they did, they worked very closely with us to make sure that he was satisfied!

The baseball section was three times the size of the football section and it's August. Extremely frustrating and I'll be going to Easton from now on.

It's so hard to find what you're looking here. I do recommend just going to target or Walmart. The organization in the store was horrible.

Employees standing around. Few sizes to choose from. Always only a couple registers open creating long lines. If you're lookng for some outdoor equipment/ apparrel, don't waste your time. There are much much better places to go.

They have plenty of sizes, especially if you need small and 2xl. Six employees standing around, and one register open. Not just one visit, many visits.

Good luck trying to reach anybody when you call the number. Rings and rings and rings and rings.

I came here to get a backpack. It clearly showed that this store had it for availability pickup. But when I came here it was sold out. I was also told that the inventory wasn't updated in the system or online. I will never come to this store ever. The worst experience ever!

I am a personal trainer and I think this place is the best! I've been wanting to come for a few weeks but I have such a packed schedule that I haven't been able to make it. Finally I got there 30 minutes before closing and even though I thought it wasn't enough time to get the large list of things I needed I was out so fast! There were 3 people helping me and they were so nice I almost didn't want to leave.

What a great service experience in the field and stream section with hiking shoes I had so many questions and the staff had the answers that I needed. Unfortunately I had to go to the Dick's in Dublin for the size. Exactly the opposite in customer service.

I'm so glad that I found this Dick's and field and stream with staff that is so helpful because I'm buying so much equipment in preparation for an upcoming trip.

I will definitely be back.

I was very intimated by the size of the line when I first arrived, but the staff was moving very quickly. I love this store.
