If I could give this company an Honest Rating it would be a NEGATIVE ONE THOUSAND! Already grieving, I sent samples from a recently deceased relative to them, as instructed, and have experienced nothing but FRUSTRATION EVER SINCE! My experience with this company has been a NIGHTMARE! I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with how such a Sensitive matter is being MISHANDLED. From not being able to reach anyone on the phone, to constant DELAYS, I'm starting to believe I CAN'T TRUST THE RESULTS if I Ever do get them! Sad.

Nicole Cutcher was overly helpful and professional from start to finish. I called her more than once and she answered every call, or responded expedient to every message I left for her. The service was exactly as she described and there were no surprises, also my results came quicker than I thought. People will tell you anything to get your money than offer a million excuses why services are yet to be rendered, but that was not the case with DNA Diagnostic Center. Everything was just as Nicole said it would be. Thank you Nicole Cutcher for helping me to unite with my son after 39 years, a son whom I didn't know I had and now at 58 years old I'm a proud father and grandfather. Thank you DNA Diagnostic Center for the professionalism that was bestowed upon my son and myself.

I sent the samples in at the beginning of the month no email about results nothing emailed yesterday no reply I call no answer I need these results. I'll never purchase again through this.

My sample had got lost in the mail which was really unfortunate & frustrating and I know with everything going on with this virus it’s putting delays on everything, but Destiny was super helpful she shipped me out a replacement A. S. A. P and made sure I had the tracking number and everything right for my test! I really appreciate her to the fullest she has the best customer service! Thank you

I have had doubts for years that my daughter was actually mine because of rumors and I’ve been told she looks nothing like me. So I finally broke down and used the DDC for my DNA curiosity. They sent me the packet and I took the samples and send them back. The only bad part was USPS messed up and took it to PA and once they figured out the mistake they sent it back to Cincinnati. But once they got the samples the results came back in less than two days. Everything was fast and accurate and worry free. She came back 99.99998% mine.even if that result said 0% I would still be giving the same review. It’s not DDCs fault if it says 0% everything is done by a top credited company. A+ great job DDC

It has been 3 weeks & I have not received any Email, mail - NOTHING they never answer the phone I was promised by ROB that my results would take 7-10 days. Now he will not take my calls. I have left several messages on his voicemail been calling since MONDAY nobody picks up even if I wait on HOLD for hours! I paid 1600 for nothing DO NOT USE THEM! I’m so dissatisfied & angry how can you play with customers who paid in full like that?

I have been trying to get in contact with this facility, they do not pick up or get back to me, I have sent 3 emails. I purchased a test that I am no longer able to take or get tested on, I need somebody to contact me ASAP. I paid in full. I have had a really bad customer service experience, the phone just hangs up when I have been on hold for 20 minutes!

My test results were mailed out a week ago (supposedly). I asked for express because of needing it to file SS for my daughters deceased father, and to be able to put his name on her birth certificate. For $750, and paying extra for the legal paperwork, it shouldn’t take this long!

Sent in my samples about 2 weeks ago (tracker the package) and still haven’t gotten an email on how to view results. They took $200 out my account two weeks ago tho. I just want a refund at this point

Never use these guys! They claim that it only takes 2 business days on the box then after 200 dollars spent they wont answer my calls and leave me on hold

I have a very bad experience with this company. They received my dna within 3days and it's taken over a month too get my results. When you call them you have too wait over a hour just too get somebody on the phone to hear your story and get transferred over too somebody else and wait for another 45 mins. I still haven't gotten my results. The representative over the phone sounds like they can careless. I paid my money and that's all they care about in my opinion.

Customer service was amazing when I called both time helped me out I had my doubts the test wasn’t accurate but the lady in the phone explained everything to me. You guys are excellent fast times fast response

I spoke to the rep Nancy and she helped me navigate thru the testing process and made me feel me feel like she really cared. The whole process was seamless and I would definitely recommend to friends.

The test has been done 10 days ago and I have paid 7 days ago and I have no response or the results. I have been trying to reach them by phone waiting more than 1 hour in their customer services phone line on Friday and Monday and I don't get any response. Results are needed for a legal process and it will be delayed because they can not provide a response even if they have promised to be very fast. I'm very frustrated!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have been on the phone calling for the last two weeks and have not reached anyone.keep in mind these are an hour plus waits. Now today 20190311 after one hour and 20 mins a person picked up the phone and told me that the system was down and I had to call back in 30 mins. NO THANK YOU! Biggest waste of time!

I felt as if this would be an easy process i been trying to get assistance with logging into my account for 2 days.waiting on hold for over an hour and no answer.emailed someone responded and requested info and then dead air no response. The person that was originally helping me with my case is never answering her number shes always unavailable. Its like once they get your money then they don't care. I just want my results or my money back

The website is very misleading. They claim online results for prenatal testing in as little as 3 days, but that is not the case. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my results. For the amount of money spent, I am highly displeased. Would not recommend them to anyone for prenatal testing.

I sent in a test for my daughter and her dad on the 29th of January and still haven't got there how long do it take to get from Wichita KS to Fairfield Ohio it's under the name Danielle Williams and I been calling it been past 10 days! I need a refund on my test it's was 139 dollars

What an experience, Horrible, horrible. Even though it has been years since they did my testing, I still think of it today. Swab done in march and the results being released in August? Who will not doubt such?
All I can say is that I am with my daughter and happy together even though your results were so different from the truth.
