24I never received the test I ordered. I called in twice inquiring about it. They said it would be here on a Monday. Never showed. Called Wednesday and they said they would second day air it and I would receive by Friday. Never showed. Very disappointed with this company.
I used them about 11 yrs ago i went to their facility and was out in like 10 min. Got the results back in about a week or so bc it was done by the court system. I knew what the results were gonna be anyways so I jist went with the courts suggestion. Very happy with the results and will be going thru them again tax time next yr. Already have a representative and a ref number. Thx dna diagnostics
I spoke to Rob, he sent me a kit and got my payments set up. It took 2 days for the test to get in. I started getting skeptical because i was not recieving emails about the results. I called 3 different times. Eventually i called the 1800 number and dialed 0. No more than 10 minutes and i was speaking to a representative who set up my account and made sure i could login. I got the results needed, and now i can relax. Dont doubt this place, be patient, theyre busy.
Gave them $750 and sent in test samples. I’ve been calling for days and can’t get a hold of ANYONE. This is a SCAM.
