23Horrible service, not only was my order 45 minutes late but I tried calling the store twice and was on hold both times for at least 10 minutes before giving up and hanging up. Ultimately I had to go inside and ask about my order (even though it was supposed to be carside pickup) in order to actually get it. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location.
Waited almost an hour for a pickup wile the staff just looked at me and completely ignored the fact I was standing at the counter and made rude comments when I spoke up and said I’m just here for a pickup
Horrible service! My order is now 1 HOUR and still in only PREP stage. I tried calling the store and was on hold longer than 15 minutes before giving up and hanging up. I user my Free Pizza reward from ordering at different locations so much so now Im very upset this slow Sunday night. I wish the app would allow me to get delivery from the Clifton Location instead.
I have 2 issues with personnel. #1 to be respected as a customer. #2 not to be grilled when pulling into customer parking nor verbally chastised because I asked for my receipt.
It’s definitely a domino’s and not the best one out there. I don’t eat domino’s but I picked it up for a friend and several employees weren’t wearing masks correctly
Ordered food that never got delivered. They gave me a credit which I used 2 weeks later. Good service on that delivery.
Started with good people great space and atmosphere I go in 1 day and everything jus flip I thought I was in someone's house kitchen babies being passed over counter over food ingredients etc no one good at washing hands I stop going for just over a year. Just 2weeks ago I was told that a whole new group was there I check it out and it was so I order and consume a chicken habanero sandwhich delicious. I return yesterday for marble cookie brownies oh so scrumptious lol.while waiting because they sold or gave mine away (I ordered over the phone waited the estimated time i was told it would take to be done but nope after 15 minutes no brownies, waiting on new make) as I wait I notice a woman that was standing in the soda cooler still standing there since my entry wow for real, I asked what are you doing, she replied cooking off, I say what about the sodas wont they be warm for the customers she began to give me excuses or just words to why she was doing it. Meanwhile this beautiful woman comes in being honest but requesting to pay the right amount and a remake she ordered a 1 topping pizza but 2 or 3 listening to her plead her case turned for the worse because she left 1 pizza home with her family to eat she returned with the other, how simple was the request remake it to my original order she was told they can't she ask for the manager out comes the lady I remember from last year it was her baby that was being passed back and forth across the counter while prepping folks food her attitude was not professional at all she had no intent to help and resolve this womans simple requests she kept telling the lady she had the upper hand we sold you a pizza cheaper than what it should been. This Domino's Pizza gave our food away after waiting 20 minutes to someone that ordered after us and gave back our money and no food. The rudest part is when asked to have more hoagies made the customer service rep denied making any food at all and aasked my husband to leave the store.
Terrible delivery service. Obviously you’re supposed to check your voicemail to know that your food has arrived, if not they leave. And if you make a call and complain or just to check on what’s going on with your order they have a rude and very inconsiderate manager by the name of SHIANN try not to deal with her.
At 12: 35 am, I tried doing an online delivery order but my order was not accepted. So I called the location. I called the location 4 different times. Each time I called, I spoke with Chrissy. She answered the phone and put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. She was rude and wouldn't let me order what I wanted. I used a coupon and she told me I couldn’t order extra side items because the coupon wouldn't allow it. I hung up with frustration because of her nastiness. On the second call, she informed me that the delivery would take over an hour. I asked why and she said nastily that they were busy. I asked her for her last name and she said she doesn't have to give me her last but insisted I give her my last name to completed my order for a pizza I was paying for in cash. I always order from this location and I haven't encountered anyone as rude and nasty as Chrissy is. At 1: 38, I called to check the status of my order. Chrissy said my order was sent out for delivery but doesn’t know when I will get it because driver has other orders. Remind you I am a 5 minute WALK from this location. Shane, The delivery driver called me at 1: 55 am and said he was at my location. He was not. Chrissy sent him to the wrong address. I informed him the correct address and I also said I gave Chrissy the correct address and building name and he said rudely. That he doesn’t care for a building name. If the business name doesn’t matter. Then why ask for the business name. He arrived with my food at 2: 01 am. My food was not fresh either. My cinnamon twist were room temp and kind of hard. The pizza was also room temp. Overall my experience and customer satisfaction was FAR from fulfilled. Chrissy and Shan were rude, mean and nasty. I will starve before I EVER order or recommend this location ever again. Dominos has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Be lucky you got one star.
Horrible order food online and recieved everything burnt. Then when i called the manger wasnt available and was told to return call the next day to be told my food would be replaced.
Ordering was simple, since it was online. The delivery was punctual. However, the pizzas were overcooked. The hand tossed Pepperoni was still edible although the crust was dark. The thin crust was burned. Crust was hard and all of the toppings were dried out. Attempted to call after the delivery and their phones were off. I was able to finally get through an hour later. The manager made a statement that she knew my pizza would be burned. I questioned why they would still send it out and not call the customer as a courtesy. She stated it was the garlic parm sauce that was chosen. I still don't know how that answers the question asked. So I moved on to the solution. I asked what my options were. I was told I could bring the pizza back to the store and get it remade or get a gift certificate. I told her I wasn't coming to the store, hence the reason I paid for delivery so I had to opt for the gift certificate. In the end, the food was for employees. Part of recognition for a job well done. I now have to offer an alternative food option to make good on my promise. So, thanks a lot for wasting my time and money!: - (
Super fast service! Convenient location. Nice staff. Extended open hours. I love the Domino's app and being able to watch my order progress!
Very Poor and very Bad service.bcz when I order online and in 5 minute the lady call me and says sorry I don’t have delivery driver so your delivery time is 2 hour and that happen with me twice.
We have been sitting inside of the restaurant for 2+ hours and they did not have our pizza ready, and then blamed us for when we complained. Very poorly ran and to have customers sitting inside the restaurant and not getting served is completely uncalled for. Go anywhere else and save your money.

One day I went inside the store to pick a order up. When I made it to the counter a women from the make line said she will be with me in 5-6 minutes because she was behind. I honestly felt like I shouldn’t of have it to wait that long for someone to help me. So I told the lady my food is just as important as the food your making. She caught a attitude said somethings under her breathe then another women cash me out. Moral of the story I had a terrible experience my first time in the store and I will not be back.
Don't eat here the manager there her name is Christina is very nasty and she will not give you a refund and won't make your order over if your food was wrong or just plain made any type way.i would go to another Domino's then this Because it's bad management and not satisfying I try to call in on her and everything no action wasn't done so hopefully someone see from corporate see this.please don't Dont spend your money here.
Just ordered via the Dominos App and added 2 ranches to my boneless wings. When my order arrived my delivery man, Jonathan, was very nice, although both ranches or a fork were not there. Jonathan kindly offered to drive and get such items and come back. He did so, but with only 1 ranch. When I called the store to see if there was something they could do so I could get my money’s worth or credit, they did not pick up for 5 minutes. 2 stars because of the nice delivery man, but this Dominos is obviously not functioning well.
My pizza was awful there was too much yeast almost no cheese and it was burnt in a multitude of places and it was ordered twice somehow not impressed
