Domino's Pizza, Cincinnati OH

Two employees one of which I think is a driver of a silver car I believe acting inappropriate towards each other in a sexual manor and kissing

The staff are really friendly, can always give a suggestion on what to try, and the food is delicious.

My fiance ordered 2 pizzas and an order of wings from this location. He placed a late order. We woke up the next morning to enjoy our left overs only to find a large strand of hair that did not belong to either of us obviously in the sauce of his wings (mmmm) and another piece of hair baked into one of the pizzas! We called immediately after discovering this, the girl that originally had answered the phone and listened to his complaint was very rude. She told my fiance to call back in 20 minutes or so to place his complaint with Shane the manager. He called back to speak to Shane and he was even more rude than the original employee was to begin with! Which i didnt even think was possible in dealing with a situation like this. After going back and forth with Shane my fiance informed him that we would be contacting corporate. They are a franchise so i guess they think that means they dont have to answer to anyone and they can go ahead and conduct themselves in such an inappropriate and unprofessional poor manner. I believe this whole location needs to be reviewed and the employees and mangers need to be FIRED AND REPLACED they are giving Dominos a VERY BAD NAME AND IMAGE unfortunately. My advice to anyone who is considering ordering from this location would be to rethink that and order from a different Dominos location unless you like dealing with un professional rude employees and managers and prefer having large strands of hair in your food (if that is the case then this location would be perfect for you) but im sure that is not the case. And also another little tid bit of INFORMATION IM SURE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW PRIOR TO WASTING MONEY AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS THEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS!
