Domino's Pizza, Cleveland OH

Hmm. I ordered a pizza from this place and it tasted almost exactly like vape juice, (The watermelon flavor) i wonder what they're doing to the food as they're preparing them.smh, Maybe take the time to ACTUALLY care for your customers and employees as people are having a hard time as is since covid is still around, 59 cents per mile isn't nearly enough to feed a family anyways and i know it has mainly to do with tips but you aren't going to be getting nearly enough to pay bills unless you are lucky.

Over worked and so under appreciated.
This store is fantastic, I highly recommend it. They're a crew of rock stars. Keep up the amazing work you do.

All around really good pizza. When I order double pepperoni, they give it. Crust was amazing too. They’ve been solid with their food!

The delivery driver I had was very rude end up taking my money when I already paid with a credit card but I did forget that I paid but he still took my money and I had to go to the store the next day to get my $30 back

Don't order subs from the location on Lorain, they always seem to be over heated, hard bread an burnt cheese.

I've been sitting here for 20 minutes with my lights flashing and no one has yet to bring my food out.

My wife went online and order pizza for dinner and when we called them to see were it was and the manager hung up on us

Very bad business, had waiting for over an hour then when i called they said we dont deliver to your area and im 10 mins away from location

Food is always good but a few times I’ve had to wait a little longer even though the pizza tracker would say ready.

Beware when purchasing with a card from this location. They are a bunch of thieves there. I had an unauthorized tip taken from my purchase and then a couple of days later I discovered a suspicious transaction on the card I had saved on my profile. I had to cancel my debit card due to it. Pay with cash, or better yet, don't buy anything at all from them. Thieves don't deserve business.

They accidentally gave my food to the driver and I had to wait until they remade my food, thank God I wasn't in a rush, they did refund me my money, so I give them 5 stars things happen.

Placed an order that never arrived! Completely unacceptable! Coming from out of town nothing was open late but this place.just some advice, don't advertise that you're open late of you're not going to actually work till close. Also whom ever was on the phone said the pizza would take over and hour to deliver.how if you're only 3 miles away?

Have never had any issues. Pizza was always hot when delivered and ready when we would pick up.

I order from this location almost everyday before noon. The delivery drivers are extremely fast, accurate, and friendly. This is 1 of the 2 dominoes I order from. First one is in Lakewood, behind Giant Eagle. And the second one is this location on Lorain, opposite of West Town plaza.

The most horrible pizza spot around. I got hung up on put on hold 10 mins 5 mins another 5 mins place my order then 2 hours later I call to see where it's at they said it was marked for carry out and it would be another hour and a half for my food. Should have just went to pizza hut!

Very rude and immature. Took for ever fpr them to deliver once i gpt the food it was cold and was shorted a few things called in twice and both times was laughed at and hung up on. Called customer service and apparently there is alot of complaints. Manager name is kelly.

FAST FAST delivery with online order. About 20 minutes total from the time I placed my order till it was at my door. They have a cool order tracker now for online orders and it was very cute, fun and very accurate. My driver was very friendly and professional too. Thanks Domino's!
