Order regularly from here. Rarely an issue. If there is an issue, they call you before you even get the chance to. Never have done me wrong.

I called three times at 1 and asked for a delivery and they hung up on me. Not a good business model.

Terrible customer service everytime I order from here it never ceases to amaze me.
Employees are very rude and dont know how to properly talk to customers with manners.
Learn to up your employees communication skills.

I work 3rd shift around the location, they're the only restaurant in the vicinity that delivers. Service is swift and my order is always right.

Ordered my food 2 hours ago off the app now I tryed calling the store and it says it's closed my food is not here and it still charged my account

But it. A bad service 105 lorain alway but service. Old the time please carefull pleople don care nd alwys do the bad work

They always get my order right and it's always hot and great. I'm there 1 to 3 times a week. Most of the staff know me by name.

We order from this store quite often and every experience has been pleasant. My order is always correct and cooked perfect! Clean and up beat store and staff!

Terrible staff terrible gm. Absolutely terrible experience ive ordered from here countless times gotten a very disrespectful attitude for their manager bc they have forgotten my garlic sauce multiple occasions. Ive called and asked for replacements over heard the manager cussing at the drivers not to send out another garlic sauce. Absolutely disrespectful. Dont order from here. Ever!

Got the cinnamon knots for the first time. They were good but not as good as the sticks they use ro serve.

Love the dominos chain but this location is terrible. Always mess up your orders and poor customer service. Still dominos taste tho

It's late on a Friday night, my husband and children are hungry and this location is able and willing to deliver to us ASAP.
