Domino's Pizza, Columbus OH

Dude this place is so delicious, it's basically a mom and pop store a couple blocks away from me. Great timing, great food, very careful about COVID. Go team.

Great service! I have order a few times, always on time and very friendly plus their pizza has come a long way from what they used to be.

They have been quite accommodating during this Covid thing. Food has been good and they are fairly quick with the delivery. There didn't used to be any delivery in this area but they come here now and I greatly appreciate that, thanks Domino's

My 5 star review just changed to a 1, because it's absolutely disgusting noone in there was wearing gloves or mask last night. Just because we are no longer in a lockdown doesnt mean it's ok to handle food like that, and now I have been feeling sick all night.thnx, and wont be back.

Very aggressive employee working this past Thursday 4/9. CPD was on site for an unknown reason and it seemed to be a tense situation. I used to work in a restaurant and I get that it can become stressful, but there are ways of de-escalating a situation without being hostile towards a customer. The situation between the employee and i was started due to the "Corona pickup process", which was tremendously confusing, and he was clear to express his displeasure towards my confusion of the process. The good news is, there are many other pizza places near campus. I won't be back.

I placed an online order yesterday for delivery today.or so I thought. I mistakenly put tomorrow's date. When I checked to see order status ONE HOUR before intended delivery time, I realized my mistake. I called the store and talked to Rocky and he assured me he could get it there. Two minutes before delivery time, John called and said he was onsite. This was for frontline medical workers at OSU so it was important they had lunch. The thirteen pizzas were all correctly made and HOT! Thank you so much for making their day during this truly difficult time. You are amazing!

From cardboard crust to can't get enough crust. Dominoes has reinvented the wheel of pizza pie. Always get pineapple pepperoni and bacon.

"carry out means you pick it up" yeah no kidding. I ordered delivery, called asking where it was, and was meant with that obnoxious answer. I understand what carry out means. Called back and they hung up. Horrible service, whoever was working the phones Monday night at 9 needs to leave asap, go work at McDonald's with that tone

With no call, and no notification, I have no clue what happened to my pizza and I still got charged for it. The store couldn’t contact the driver for whatever reason, and then I was told they could start and order again but that it would take THREE HOURS for it to get to me. Now I’m left with a charge for a pizza I didn’t order, and dominoes that isn’t answering my phone calls.

I absolutely love Domino's pizza. Very affordable I got a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99 and what the best part was is unlike Pizza Hut Domino's allows you to have extra cheese as one of your chosen toppings where as Pizza Hut will charge you. Domino's has some of the best tasting pizza

Food is always fresh and hot and made just the way we order it! The delivery driver's are polite and courteous every time. In 2 years we have only ever had one issue and that was a night the online ordering system was having it's own issues!

I always end up ordering pizza from this place. But seems like they have a thing with taking wrong orders. Every time, a thing or two was missing from my pizza. Believe it or not, they once made a pizza without the cheese and later admitting that they were confused but did not bother to check the order.

Alright check this out! I call in to place a pick up order for a half cheese half pep large pizza and guy on the phone tells me that he will apply a coupon to my order I’m like okay bet. I get there and instead of paying 16.99 for a large I pay 7.99 for the large. Apparently if you are getting a large pizza for PICK UP ONLY you can get the coupon applied and all you have to do is ask. That was clutch af

Delivery is usually quick, and drivers are nice. Food is always good, but occasionally can get burnt desserts and pizza. Rarely though am I disappointed

I was counting out the money for the pizza and he left and didnt answer his phone when i called. I am not happy at the way this place runs. That was rude and i was going to tip him but he just took off. I dont think ill be orderimg from Dominos again. I spend to much money with dominos.

Their internet wasn't working properly when I ordered and didn't take my card. I didn't know until the driver showed up with my food and I didn't have cash. They let me keep the food and were very kind about it. I intend to stop by with cash to pay for the food and leave them a tip for being so nice during what I'm sure was a frustrating situation.

Ordered pizza and it got canceled because they thought it was sitting down for long. I went there and they suggested to put me last on the queue

Ordered from this place, no call and waited and watched the tracker say delivered but wasn’t delivered. Called the store, the girl was not helpful at all, tried to claim I didn’t answer phone so it was cancelled. She sends out the order again and says 20-31 minutes tops and the pizza guy tries so call an hour and 18 minutes after the original phone call! Worst dominos I’ve ever had to deal with, save your time and money and don’t order from this location!
