Domino's Pizza, Columbus OH

Terrible. I ordered a pizza online and i ordered the thin crust. There must’ve been a computer error because it came up there that i ordered hand tossed. I am vegan and the only crust that is vegan is thin crust.i called and they said it was a “user error” and “i got what i ordered”. So now i have a pizza that i cannot eat and i paid for. Terrible service.

The WORST place to order from, even for Domino's standards. Have had many issues with this place, but this evening I ordered a pizza and gave directions to please call my cell phone when the driver arrived. 10 minutes went past and no call so I look at the online tracker and it says the pizza has been delivered. I call the store and they tell me that the driver tried to call me, which as I said earlier I had no missed calls, and that they couldn't figure out which apartment it was, though I listed in the address information that it was a home. Then when I explained that I had zero missed calls to the girl on the phone, she hangs up on me. I call back, ask to speak to a manager and am informed that the girl who hung up on me was a manager. I was told I will get my money back in a couple days and they better hope it's there. I hope domino's headquarters understands what kind of business they are running. Absurd. They'll never have my business again. Would never recommend this place to anyone, despite the terrible taste of their pizza.

I ordered delivery but then got charged for take out with no warning. No one answered my calls and there was no way to cancel the order.

Good food at a good price. Two employees in particular; Rocky and Cory, have always beem wonderful to interact with.

Food is typical for a dominos okay but not stellar, but delivery from this store is usually on the slower end. On a busy night I waited over 2 hours from placing order to delivery.

Giving this location a second chance as I am new to the area and perhaps the first order was just a fluke. I ordered a pizza and a pasta item and discovered after accepting the delivery that the center part of the pizza was still doughy and uncooked and the aluminum container housing the pasta dish was scorched as well as dry and void of any sauce. I understand that I had placed my order near closing time but that is no excuse for lousy let alone potentially dangerous food. Hope to have a better experience this time.

Never delivered my pizza.upon calling, i find out they brought the pizza back to the store and cancelled my order (i was never called and no knock on the door that i have been sitting next to, and all my apartment information was in the order). Would not let me get the same order back since i used an online coupon.so instead of getting the pizza and side i ordered with the coupon, i only got one pizza for the same price, 2 hours later and with this hassle.not even a weekend or a busy hour.

I ordered from this location for the first time last week and hope to never have to order from here again. The pizza was outrageously priced, arrived cold and a half hour late, and my small pizza contained the least amount of toppings I have ever seen on a pizza!

Possibly one of their busiest nights of the yr, so the actual face to face interactions were not bad at all, just could have been a little more pleasant, though completely understandable considering how busy they were. My pizza.was one of the best I've ever gotten from Domino's in the 30+ yrs that I have gotten a pie from them!

Sometimes the waits are an hour-2 hours, but that's okay. The delivery people are so nice, and when I call the people whom answer are friendly. The food is cooked with care and the people are generous. I'm not good at math and I didn't calculate things right and I only have the delivery guy. 50 cents. I'm sorry. He was really nice.

Polite staff and delivery drivers, even during games days, which I know are stressful af. Will continue to buy from this location.

I tried calling around 12: 15am and couldn't get through on numerous attempts. So I placed an order online. It never told me how long the wait was, nor did i get a confirmation email. I called back to try and figure out what the delivery time would be. Couldn't get through! I figured they closed and order a pizza from kings. It came 35 minutes later luckily. I ate half the pizza and went to bed. At 2: 10am these schmucks show up with my order! 2 hours later! I just didn't answer and I woke up to 4 missed calls lmao! Nice try domtards

Ordered a pizza online and had an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. An hour went by and I called to check on my order (had to call multiple times to actually get an answer) and the worker told me it was actually a wait time of 1 hr 30 min in a very rude way. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he just hung up on me without informing me whether or not I’d be refunded.
After calling back again to be sure I’d be refunded another answered with the excuse to their bad customer service being “we’ve had a very busy day and are stressed”.
Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
