DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Dayton - Miamisburg

This hotel is rundown, nasty and disgusting. There were multiple stains on the carpret, curtains and couch. The refrigerator had leftover food particles from the last guest.

The shower was cracked and the paint was peeling off of the bathroom room door. The room smelled bad. It was dusty and molded. I brought these things to the attention of the front desk agent Leah.

She was very professional. She explained that the hotel was in the process of hiring new housekeeping staff. However, she couldn't move our room because the hotel was sold out.
Stay away from this nasty place.

Hotel is in desperate need of updates. Staff was friendly but not in any rush and never answered the phones. We requested maid service but housekeeping never came. Our bathroom had mold, and there was writing on the walls and on the furniture. The hallways smelled strongly of weed. The “hot breakfast buffet” was VERY limited and had to be served by the one staff member they had there. I completely understand that COVID has hit the hotel industry hard but to pay $130+ a night is just insane. I do not recommend staying here and I will not be back!

Very clean. Great room at a wonderful value. Very quiet so we could sleep and best of all no smoking. If you need a place to stay give them a call.

No hot water and I'm sure the famous chocolate chip cookies were cheap knock offs or store bought. Something was right here this visit.

A group of my friends and I stayed at the Doubletree Hotel in Reading, PA in June 25-27,2021and we were given great customer service. Everybody in America need to stay here. Our rooms were very cleaned and the food was excellent. Mr. Cornell "Leonard" Holmes is a great chef there. The CEO of Hilton should give him a $10 thousand dollars bonus. I have been a Hilton Honor member for over 10 years and travelled in many states, this hotel have good food.

This was the worst experience ever the customer service is terrible they charged my card a extra 300 dollars and can not tell me why been giving me the round around charged me for another room because we had the sane last name currently filing fraud! Do not go here!

My reservation was lost and checking in was difficult. I never received the coffee that was ordered, did not receive any maid service during my stay at all, someone walked into my room last night at 830p while my husband and I were there because the gave our room out, did not receive the wake up call requested, dirty q-tips were lodged in door frame wich appears to be a joke or prank hopefully but was overlooked by cleaning service (asuming from previous guest but not so sure), was traveling with others from our same company and when they checked out we got locked out of the room. I have stayed here before 1 month ago and the only issue was cleanliness but this time around has caused me to decide I will not be back.

I stayed here for one night. The room was large and spacious. The staff were courteous and friendly. My only complaint would be that the desk attendant gave me directions to my room which took me on a long path. However there was a much shorter route to my room which I ended up finding myself.

I only went here for acting auditions but it looked nice and the desk attendant gave me and my mom free drinks.

These people who work here are the greatest, very friendly and pleasant with great smiles. Helped out graciously with requests.
I love Hilton property's amenities, cleanliness, comfy beds and most of all their staff make any Hilton hotel my first choice anywhere.

Dirty very disappointed because I'm talking about bedding glassware sink tub! I usually stay at cheaper hotel when I'm in the area! But I Expect a clean place to stay for the money! They can do Better that was gross!

The hotel is very nicely decorated and the room was clean. The carpets need tu o be cleaned especially in the hallway.

Very welcoming staff and accommodations were par with the cost, and always their cookies never disappointed.

Despite being a Hilton Honors Gold member, I would not stay here again. Entirely frustrating experience with problem after problem. Took literally hours of time and several phone calls to get problems resolved. Good cookies though!

It was okay, night we got in there wasn’t good, only two towels for five of us and no sheets for the pullout couch. We got the supplies but toom awhile Also we found out free breakfast was for gold members, we were silver. We were compensated with a free appetizer and free breakfast to make up for our bad experience the previous night. So everything turned out fine ultimately.

Fantastic stay! Love the onsite restaurant and bar. They even had a small snack cash bar I got yogurt from. The staff was topnotch to say the least. The room was immaculate and everything worked well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly and courteous, provided me with everything I could possibly need, and even texted me to make sure I was satisfied.

More like 3.5 Staff were really friendly. Cookie was good. Lots of parking. Room was clean and good toiletries but the shower had no pressure and was a bit grimey. Needs an overhaul.

Decent hotel, great customer service. You can tell this is an older property, although it has been remodeled well recently. The staff have been the best part of our stay, from the front desk to the restaurant. Good hotel, great staff, and even better price. We would stay here again.

My father drove from Detroit a month ago to check out the hotel he made reservations had a signed contract for his group and two days before his arrival they gave all his rooms away leaving him to scramble and try and find another hotel and the reason they gave us was someone paid more, it appears contracts mean nothing! This is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional on the management and the hotel chain!
