32The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool area. We attended for the Beavercreek soccer tournament.
Very comfortable rooms, great bar. Have stayed here many times and always had a good experience.
If there was something lower I would. Bathroom dirty with dirty shower curtain and sink. Refrigerator deplorable and house shoes found in room from someone else room was humid but well kept.

Smokers outside every exit door when we came and went, a man changing his radiator in the parking lot for the last 2 days, dirty towels thrown on the floor outside every door while the Maids Service the room oh, not a very professional operation
Another great hilton property.like most Doubletree's the rooms are nice and the lobby and restaurant look good. This trip I did not get the water and cookie at check-in but they still do give cookies out. For the few of you that like tea please check the water first to be sure it does not have a coffee smell in it. The manager said he will fix it but I see this at most hotels I stay at.you just can't get coffee residue out of the holders.
All that I will probably stay there again when in the area.
It was my second stay at the DoubleTree Dayton (separated by several years, but not much changed room wise, ashame about the loss of the pools), very friendly staff and excellent catering.
Very nice updated hotel. Convenient for South Dayton. Easy in and out access. Quiet and comfortable large rooms and suites.
Location near mall and shopping area. Access to the hotel was easy and no hassle. Hotel was very nice and modern. Great art work thru out the hotel. Room was clean and enjoyed the split bed room and living room with a tv in both rooms. Hotel was understaffed. The food was not that great and staff had to continue to be notified of food and plate shortage during breakfast and lunch. Staff was nice and helpful but could use additional help.
2 room suite very clean excellent condition friendly staff. Restaurant bar room service. Excellent value
I had a Horrible experience at this Hilton property as I had to be relocated to 3 different rooms due to hazardous BLACK MOLE spores in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. The Food was disgusting appeared to be leftovers several weeks old! #dangerous
It is kind of good. They don't have that good WiFi and it's kind of expensive. The bathroom is really small, but the beds are comfy. I had to room here with someone and there are only 2 beds and one sofa bed, so I had to get the sofa bed. It's not that big of a room either. But the entire hotel is really big.
