Dunkin' Donuts, Hubbard OH

I'm done going to this Dunkin donuts every time I go to this location my order gets messed up somehow last time I went I got a 25 count of the variety of munchkins and they only gave me two flavors and they ended up not doing anything about it because they never had the variety and today I went and got a small caramel crave latte and it had no sugar whatsoever so from now on I'm going to stick with my Starbucks.

Your employees need to pull their masks over their noses when waiting on customers. Not one of them did that when we were there which is why we won't be returning until this virus is over.

I loved this place because it sells coffee to get me going in the morning and sells amazing tasting donuts and hash browns

Been here before and had no problem, but the hours listed are 24 hours and the girl inside just had the doors locked and lights off and ignored us. Pretty disappointed.

My favorite place to be. They made my coffee just right this time.sometimes certain workers domt listen when I say what I want im my coffee and how much.like I wont know. Im a coffee drinker I know when its not what I asked for.but like I said.its only a certain few that dont listen.everytime I see them I know it aint gunna be right.

Stopped here before and enjoyed. However this time, the young man who took my order clearly didn't understand me and botched the order.

I visit everyday, i love love love the coffee, the staff is friendly, but they mess up my order every single time im there.

Rudeness abounds here when it comes to managers. Wouldn’t even give them one star in my book. Customer service is not a priority. Tired of spending my money at a place like this!

Every single time I have come to this Dunkin Donuts, there is something either wrong with my order, or I have to wait 20 minutes to get a drink, or they are just blatantly rude. Giving one star even feels too generous. By far the worst establishment I have ever been to. The manager, after ignoring us for 5 minutes, rolled her eyes and said "Uh, buh bye. " and waved us away. Terrible service, terrible people.

Great iced coffee I have been getting the iced mocha for years took a break from DD and come to find out they no longer mix the drinks for you! Mix my drink like they did for year's to get 5 stars

The coffee and breakfast sandwich were great. The four vanilla cream filled chocolate covered doughnuts crammed into the bottom of a small brown bag, however, are a totally different story.

This Dunkin donuts is the worst one that I stop at.
They take a order and work on that person's order till it's done, no matter how many people are standing in line waiting to place there order.
You say something to management and they just say"We do the best we can ".
I can't go thru drive thru because I have a tractor.
If you don't want to give the same good service to the people in the lobby that you give to drive thru, then close the damn lobby

Just stopped to get gas and stopped here to get ice coffee and food very nice people and food was good

I pulled up through the drive thru to place my order of 1 dozen doughnuts. At this point I was told oh no she could not be able to do that. I was told they only had about 4 or 5 doughnuts I sat dumb founded and thought I should have gone somewhere where they sell doughnuts. That would be like going to Burger King or McDonald's and them telling me that they were out of hamburgers.

I thought I was in heaven when I had the first bite of their new breakfast sandwich- sweet brown sugar smokey bacon, chipotle spiced egg and cheese on a flakey croissant. Yummm. Nice menu for dessert, coffee or a quick bite. Large parking lot with wheelchair assessability. Drive thru for your convienience. Their coffee is awesome! Have a special blend with a delicious donut, bagel or muffin to enjoy in their clean restaran or get it to go. Quick friendly service every visit.

They treat their employees poorly and are very unprofessional if someone decides to leave this location. They have withheld raises expected overtime ect as favors to management but then received retaliation personally from management of workers don’t come in on days off ect I would not recommend employment here

Good experience as I quickly passed through. Coffee came before I finished paying the bill. Coffee taste was consistent with DD around the world.

The staff is very friendly and efficient! If you ever do have a problem though the owner will never call you back. And I mean never.

This was the best Dunkin experience I think I've ever had. We were there very early in the morning, maybe 2 or 3 am. Got coffee ans hash browns; both were mind blowing.

I come 2-3 times a day. They fix my drink exactly how I want it. I know most of them by their 1st name and the call me by my name. Yes, of course, there are times when someone may be having a bad day but for the most part they are wonderful. I give them credit all the time for how they deal with some rude and obnoxious customers.something I could never do with a smile. They have a difficult job and they do it well.
