Dunkin' Donuts, Hubbard OH

Waited for twenty minutes to put my order in with only one person ahead of me.
Out of food I was trying to order.

Rude employees, forgot to hand me my sandwich in the drive thru then refused to make a fresh one when I came inside cause apparently it's my fault they forgot to hand it to me. Awful, slow service. No wonder they're hiring they must have high turn around I wouldn't want to work with the rude, bossy woman at the drive thru window either.

Great coffee and donuts and such. Usually understaffed, and sometimes they seem overwhelmed and aren't too accurate.

Quality varies from store to store. Some don't bother to check if green or black tea ordered on app. Get what give you but great price on tea

Worst Dunkin ever! They don't clean out machines. So much gunk in my drinks and such rude workers! Have gotten the order wrong every time I've gone in Don't go to this Dunkin!

If you want a sandwich half cold, or your coffee the outside of the cup sticky / wet with the lid halfway off. Or even soggy slimey hash browns; then this is the place for you! Happens all the time.

I was the only one in line. No one would wait on me. Three or four young girls were sitting around gossiping. Here's a new concept: . Do your job. Donuts were mediocre.

ATTENTION CDL DRIVERS: they are not 24 hours as advertised do not waste your time just because they are next to truck world does not mean they are trucker friendly they are the exact opposite! I waited in the freezing cold behind a car for service and they were so rude about it. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN DAY OR NIGHT!

This Dunkin donuts is always excellent! I was rung up for the wrong drink today and it was taken off my bill and I wasn't even charged for my correct drink. Poor girl looked like she may have been new.hang in there, you'll get it!
