I do not usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write one about Elite Home Remodeling. Two of my friends recommended them, but I was skeptical that any company could be that good. Well, they are. From talking with their owner to the installers over the past ten weeks, the entire experience was a pleasure. Their people seek perfection and it shows in the remodeling of my guest bathroom, master bathroom, and kitchen. I recommended they for any home remodeling without exceptions. I give them five stars.

We cannot say enough positive things about Elite! From the moment we met with Robert and his team, the professionalism was top notch from the beginning of the process to the end of the project. Our basement full bath remodel exceeded our expectations! Dave was meticulous with his work and kept us informed every step of the way. We look forward to working with Elite in the near future on our kitchen and master bathroom remodeling projects. We highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for not only great value but also the amazing professionalism of the entire staff and their great attention to detail!

We had our kitchen and utility room completely remodeled, as well as hickory hardwood flooring installed throughout our condo. Elite Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on everything. Amber did the design work, Shawn and Cody implemented her design to perfection, Charlie and his crew did the painting and Jerry did the electric work with Dave managing the project. Everyone was incredibly nice, professional, showed on time and cleaned up every day and did a exemplary job. We'd like to adopt Shawn - his carpentry skills are top-notch, he was easy to work with and a perfectionist! It's a joy coming home now to Amber's beautifully implemented design - she's the best! We love our Amish-built cabinets and flooring - highly durable and excellent craftsmanship. We highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling.

Elite did the remodeling of my kitchen, both bathrooms and some carpentry work for me. The staff I worked with were all excellent, particularly David. He did all the tile work that came out flawless. Charlie the painter was the best I've ever seen - a perfect job. Jared, Chad, Jerry and Matthew all did their jobs very well and responded to me with all my questions, ideas, and concerns quickly. I've owned this house for 40 years and Elite is the best crew I have ever had in to work on my home. If I need to have anything dome in the future I will definitely call Elite.

Elite Home Remodeling remodeled my back screen porch into a three-season room. And it's absolutely fabulous! I work from home and turned it into my home office. When we have video conferences, all of my co-workers comment on how bright and cheerful the room is. And it is! It's a great room. Elite's team was very professional, explained the process along the way and did fantastic work. All at a reasonable price. I hope to use Elite for a master bathroom remodel!

My husband and I had Elite do a complete renovation of our kitchen. In addition to removing part of a wall and installing a 20 ft.support beam, they also removed all the soffits, installed new cabinets and a pantry, new countertops and sink, built a new island, rewired the kitchen and installed all new lighting, and then gave us a fresh coat of paint. This is the third project Elite has done for us (family room remodel and total renovation of our master bath) and all were positive experiences. In fact, the bath renovation was so positive that when we decided to redo our kitchen, we didn’t get estimates from other contractors! A main factor in going again with Elite was that Robert Harmon was so responsive to our needs. A particular desire was to have Joe and Jason complete the work. They did the bathroom and were a total joy to work with. I highly recommend Elite.

Very professional, reasonably priced, friendly and easy to work with. Elite is our first choice for jobs big and small. They remodeled our kitchen and updated four bathrooms. They do excellent work and really care about their clients.

We used Elite Home Remodeling to completely remodel our kitchen. The crew was very personable and professional. They communicated well with us and explained what they were doing as they moved along through the project. Their work was excellent. We were so happy with overall experience that we used them again several years later to build a 4 season room addition with a wet bar and an outside deck. Again the crew was personable, professional and kept us informed of the progress. Different crew, same excellent overall experience.
We had the gas company come out to do an energy efficiency test on our home several months after the addition was built. The inspector made a point to say that the addition was very well insulated and gave us the highest rating for energy efficiency. Something to consider when choosing your contractor. It has been five years since our kitchen remodel and one year since the room addition. We have not had to call them back once to fix an issue on either project. I highly recommend them.

Elite was amazing from start to finish. Jared, Matt and Ryan were great to work with and gave us the dream theater/living room we have always wanted. I cannot recommend them enough! We will use them again.

I recommend Elite Home Remodeling for their professionalism throughout the project. From the initial meeting through selecting all the fine details, the process was very smooth and enjoyable. The design advice & options were tremendous. The work was done efficiently and the crew was very skilled & friendly. They were there early and ready to get working daily. I would be very interested in hiring them for future projects without hesitation.

Elite did an excellent job with our master bathroom remodel! They're easy to work with and very professional. Starting at the beginning, our quote was detailed and easy to understand. As part of the design for our new bathroom, Amber helped me pick out the exact materials we wanted. The wait time to begin the project was a bit long: we contracted in April 2018 and the work started late November 2018. I took this as a good sign that their services were in demand and worth waiting for! Once the project started, Joe and Zach were extremely professional, even making sure to clean up each day. Joe was always good about keeping me up to date on the status of the project and next steps. The one time I expressed concern about the amount of time to install the shower glass, Joe immediately escalated the issue with the owner and everything was resolved in a couple days. This company is family owned and the family members work in the business. They take their work product and customer satisfaction very seriously! We are extremely happy with the overall quality and finished product of our bathroom. These guys do top notch work! We will definitely have them back when it's time to remodel the kitchen (hopefully soon)!

Planning, Detailed, Communication, On-Schedule, Great People - Outcome = Perfection

Before contracting with another local company to remodel our kitchen and update our flooring, we happened across an article in the local Westerville magazine about Elite Home Remodeling. They had great reviews and the pictures looked really good. We invited them to our house for an initial meeting; what a great decision!

Chad Hoffman, Design Consultant arrived for his first home visit with great listening skills, ideas, questions, pictures and potential! We spent time getting to know Chad, visited the shop/store to see, feel and experience some of the options Chad had presented. After checking references, we knew Elite had “the right stuff” to be guests in our home.

We had some lead time before the project started and that gave us a chance to visit various suppliers recommended by Elite and make selections for the project. The decorating committee, my wife and daughter, had a wonderful time investigating the options and consulting with Chad on their ideas. Chad even went the extra mile and asked his talented wife Julie to join us in making paint selections!

The project was underway and Jared, Ryan and Rodney were assigned to our project. They were always on time, professional, detailed and never satisfied until “it” looked perfect. If something was a shade off in color, Jared mentioned it to us and had a plan ready before we could even say a word – that’s why we selected Elite Home Remodeling. Step by step, our project evolved and so did our relationship with our crew. We found, as you will that these folks can be trusted with your home and your pets, even when you can’t be there!

The outcome was terrific. They finished on time and on budget.

The most important question is; would we choose them again if we had it to do all over?

We had never had any remodeling done to our house. It was obviously past due but we were unsure of where to start. A friend told us about Elite Home Remodeling so we called and made an appointment to meet with Amber. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement.
Isn't it amazing when you can instantly tell that you can trust someone? Amber did not try to sell us anything. She just listened and showed that she cared about how we felt and what we were thinking and feeling. She walked us through what textures, styles and colors would work together and she was spot on.
The crew that was here were kind and thoughtful. Mike and Dave did a very professional and thorough job. The only issue was when Mike brought doughnuts from Der Dutchman. There were too many of them. The remodel turned out amazing and we could not be happier.

Katie, the designer, and Dave, the carpenter, were friendly, conscientious and professional. Katie helped keep our costs down by suggesting a remnant piece for our bathroom countertop. She stopped by our home various times to check on the progress. Dave cleaned up each evening and completed the project on time. Elite strives to make the customer happy. We are smiling!

Matt was patient from the beginning in helping to actualize my envision of the 3 home projects I requested to be transformed.
He spent hours with me and multiple hours during his leisure time putting into 3D on the computer so I could see the final result before construction began.

We recently hired Elite Home Remodeling to completely renovate our master bathroom and our kitchen. We were very pleased with the entire process. From our initial meetings, Robert was very helpful, listening to what we hoped to accomplish and then adding his own suggestions for making the projects successful. Receiving the 3D plans was helpful for me to visualize the appearance of the completed project. We received a detailed billing list for all that was to be done which was accurate and final (we did request a few small changes as the work proceeded, which were accounted for and reasonable in cost.) The work crew was EXCELLENT: two professional and pleasant individuals who clearly took pride in their work and strove for perfection. They came EVERY WEEKDAY for the months that it took to complete the project. I've heard so many stories about crews who disappear for weeks at a time to work on another project; this never happened with our crew. There were a few unexpected issues that arose along the way, which were quickly and effectively addressed. The final appearance was literally beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling without reservation.

Through every step of my kitchen remodel process, Elite Home Remodeling showed an exemplary level of excellence.

It started with Matt my kitchen designer. He came to my house and, like all designers, assessed the scope of the project and my budget. But unlike other designers I was considering, I was reassured that he not only understood the challenges of remodeling a 100 year old house, but also clearly had an appreciation for its aged charm.

Additionally, he took the time to understand me. I am formerly a professional chef who still regularly cooks for large groups of people, so I had specific wants and needs for my kitchen. For me, ease of cleaning, speed, and practicality were the order of the day. When we went to their showroom for our follow-up design meeting he presented us with so many innovative and custom-made touches I was even more excited to do business with Elite than after the first meeting.

After this, the process of choosing all the details was enjoyable and went by relatively quickly. Elite, by their own admission, doesn’t emphasize a lavish showroom or advertising budget, but everything you need to make your decisions is there. During this meeting we saw the impressive craftsmanship of their available custom Amish cabinetry and also met the granite fabricator and tile backsplash companies they use. We were just as impressed by them as we were with Elite. By the time we finalized the contract the price was a bit higher than we had originally anticipated, but we were happy to spend the extra amount because benefits were so apparent.

Elite’s excellent reputation means they do book many months in advance, so it was about four months before they started work, but this was all explained up front. When work began, they finished on time, if not slightly faster than they originally quoted.

Our carpenter, Sam, was hard at work bright and early almost every day. If he was ever going to be late, he always texted me first thing in the morning to explain. His speed, attention to detail, carpentry skills, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Whenever there were last minute adjustments or decisions that needed to be made he made sure to consult with me while also offering his expert opinion. The other people Elite works with, like electricians and plumbers, also seemed to share Elite’s values of excellence, speed, and cleanliness.

When our kitchen was finished, it was even more beautiful and functional than I had pictured. We have already received many compliments for our kitchen from friends and family who have complimented it for being classy, unique, and full of cool touches that make the most of the space. I find I am able to cook more quickly while keeping the kitchen much cleaner than in my previous kitchen.

I highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling in all areas and look forward to working with them again as soon as I can.

Great experience. Matt was great to work with and had some great ideas. The quality of workmanship and quality of materials is the best I have seen.and I come from a family of builders. I didn't have time to do it myself and the ideas and color combinations Matt came up with my wife and I would never have thought of. Amish build cabinets from Holmes county, the fixtures are excellent.not Home Depot specials. Is it inexpensive? NOPE.but you get what you pay for.
